Maintenance disclosure history
Service Difficulty Reports are self-reported maintenance findings. The NUMBER of reports is not a measure of reliability — diligent operators file more, not fewer. These are shown for transparency, not as a negative signal. To verify a report, search its control number at the FAA SDRS site.
Reports span 2004–2004. Most-reported systems: Air conditioning & press. (21) — 1. Most-common natures of condition, as filed: OTHER — 1.
1 report on file.
Part: MOTOR — FAILED (BLOWER)
DURING OPERATION SMOKE WAS NOTICED IN THE COCKPIT AND A PRCAUTIONARY LANDING WAS MADE. MAINTENANCE FOUND THE FORWARD EVAPORATOR BLOWER MOTOR, WHEN OPERATED ON HIGH, BEGAN TO SLOW AND SMOKE AFTER APPROXIMATELY 15 MINUTES. SUSPECTED THAT THE PROBLEM WAS IN THE ARMATURE WINDINGS.
