Maintenance disclosure history
Service Difficulty Reports are self-reported maintenance findings. The NUMBER of reports is not a measure of reliability — diligent operators file more, not fewer. These are shown for transparency, not as a negative signal. To verify a report, search its control number at the FAA SDRS site.
Reports span 2011–2012. Most-reported systems: Oxygen (35) — 1; Windows (56) — 1. Most-common natures of condition, as filed: OTHER — 1; SMOKE/FUMES/ODORS/SPARKS — 1.

Part: FLEX LINE — DETERIORATED (OXYGEN SYSTEM) · airframe 1,414 hrs · 601 cycles
A VISUAL INSPECTION LOCATED, A NUMBER OF BROKEN FLEX LINES IN THE PASSENGER OXYGEN SYS. FURTHER EVALUATION AND FUNCTION CHECK REVEALED ADDITIONAL DEFECTS IN LINES THAT WERE VISUALLY SERVICEABLE. THE ACFT PASSENGER OXYGEN SYS HAS BEEN MODIFIED BY THIS INSTALLATION OF A GASEOUS OXYGEN SYSTEM UNDER STC ST9756SC-D. THE FLEX LINES INSTALLED FROM THE MAIN MANIFOLD TO THE DEPLOYMENT BOXES HAVE BECOME HARD AND BRITTLE CAUSING SEVERAL LINES TO BREAK AND OTHER TO LEAK WHILE VISUALLY SERVICEABLE. THIS COMPROMISED THE OVERALL AIRWORTHINESS OF THE PASSENGER OXYGEN SYS.
