STABILIZER MISCOMPARE REPORTED BY CREW ON APPROACH. FOUND STABILIZER ACTUATOR VY013 INTERMITTENT. REPLACED UNIT.
DURING MAINTENANCE BASE VISIT FOUND THE RIGHT OVERWING EMERGENCY EXIT SIDEWALL AFT EMERGENCY EXIT LIGHT TO BE INOPERABLE. THE AIRCRAFT WAS REMOVED FROM SERVICE. REMOVED AND REPLACED EMERGENCY EXIT SIGN ON RIGHT OVERWING EXIT SIDEWALL AFT IAW EMB140 AMM 33-50-14. THE SYSTEM CHECK WAS GOOD. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
DURING INSPECTION OF NLG UPPER SUPPORT ANTI-ROTATION LUG PER FRONTIER TC 32711-2, UPPER AFT LUG WAS FOUND TO BE CRACKED. REPLACED NOSE LANDING GEAR.
LT WING INBD L/E FORMER CRACKED 1 IN AT STA XFS 597.500 (LT O/B WING). REMOVED FASTNERS PER SRM 51-1-21 PG 1.STOP DRILLED CRACK PER SRM 57-2-0 PG 9-10.FABRICATED REINFOCING ANGLE(2024.T3 AL 0.032)PER SRM 57-2-0 PG 9-10.CLEANED TREATED AND PRIMED PER SRM 51-1-8B. INSTALLED ANGLE PER SRM 57-2-0 PG 9-10 AND 51-1-21 PG 1.
