RIGHT MAIN LANDING GEAR FAILED TO EXTEND FULLY AND LOCK DOWN. PILOT HAD THE APPROPRIATE INDICATIONS WITHIN COCKPIT, GREEN LIGHTS ILLUMINATED FOR NOSE AND LEFT MAIN, RED ILLUMINATED UNSAFE LIGHT IN GEAR HANDLE. PILOT RAN APPROPRIATE CHECKLISTS AND COULD NOT OBTAIN A GREEN DOWN AND LOCKED INDICATOR ON RIGHT MAIN. PILOT ELECTED TO PROCEED TO A BETTER ALTERNATE AIRPORT WITH LONGER RUNWAY, OPERATING CONTROL TOWER AND EMERGENCY SERVICES. UPON LANDING AND DURING ROLLOUT THE RIGHT MAIN GEAR COLLAPSED. UPON EXAMINATION AFTER LANDING IT APPEARS THE ACTUATOR CLEVIS THAT ATTACHES THE ACTUATOR TO THE DRAG BRACE WAS BROKEN.
INVESTIGATED PILOT REPORT OF RUDDER BOOST CONSTANTLY KICKING TO LEFT. FOUND PN 717 LT SOLENOID VALVE STUCK IN OPEN POSITION. ALSO FOUND (3) PN AN9181D RUDDER BOOST CONTROL SYSTEM CROSS FITTING CRACKED AND WATER IN SYSTEM. PURGED WATER FROM SYSTEM AND REPLACED LT SOLENOID VALVE, CRACKED FITTINGS AND SYSTEM FILTER; OPERATIONS NORMAL. SUSPTECT CONDENSATION OR OTHER SOURCE OF WATER INGESTION INTO SYSTEM THAT CAUSED FREEZING DAMAGE TO COMPONENTS. (K)
DURING SCHEDULED 12 MONTH TEST OF CABIN ALTITUDE WARNING SYSTEM FOUND BAROMETRIC SWITCH OPERATING OUT OF SPECIFIED MM. REPLACED PN 1013384028-3 SWITCH ASSY. CABIN ALTITUDE WARNING TESTS WITHIN SPECIFIED SERVICE LIMITS ON RETEST. SUGGEST A SB BE ISSUED TO REPLACE OLDER PN BAROMETRIC SWITCHES THAT TEND TO FAIL BETWEEN TEST PERIODS WITH MORE RELIABLE SWITCHES. (K)
