ON THE FIRST FLIGHT, ENGINE COULDN`T START DUE TO FUEL COKING AT GENERATOR INJECTION MAINIFOLD (MODULE 3 COMBINATION) INJECTION MANIFOLD WAS REMOVED AND REPLACED WITH SERVICEABLE INJECTION MAINIFOLD. AC RETURNED TO SERVICE AFTER RUN UP LEAK CHECK AND OPERATION. CHECK FLIGHT. (K)
AIRCRAFT LOST HYDRAULIC POWER DURING SEES SIGHT TOUR. PILOT MADE PRECAUTION LANDING. AIRCRAFT WAS INSPECTED AND FOUND HYDRAULIC BELT BROKEN. HYDRAULIC BELT WAS REPLACED. RUNUP AND FUNCTIONAL TESTED HYDRAULIC SYSTEM WORKS NORMAL. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE AFTER AN OPERATIVE FLIGHT CHECK.
WHILE PILOT FLYING ON TOUR FLIGHT, NOTICED AN ENGINECHIP LIGHT ILLUMINATED. PILOT IMMEDIATELY MADE PRECAUTIONARY LANDING. INSPECTED AIRCRAFT AND FOUND THAT ENGINE CHIP PLUG HAD A DEFECT. CLEANED CHIP PLUGS AND C/W OPERATIONAL CHECK AND FUNCTIONALLY CHECKED GOOD. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE. (X)
DURING IN-FLIGHT, PILOT NOTICED LOSS OF HYDRAULIC SYSTEMS. PILOT MADE A PRECAUTIONARY LANDING. AIRCRAFT INSPECTED, FOUND THE HYDRAULIC PRESSURE LINE WAS DEFECTIVE ONLY 9.0 HOURS SINCE INSTALLED. REMOVED AND REPLACED HYDRAULIC LINE AND PERFORMED GROUND RUN AND OPERATION AND LEAK CHECK. NO DEFECTS FOUND. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
WHILE FLYING ON TOUR FLIGHT, PILOT NOTICED AIRCRAFT WAS LOSING HYDRAULIC SYSTEM. PILOT IMMEIDATLEY MADE A PRECAUTIONARY LANDING. INSPECTED AIRCRAFT, FOUND THAT HIGH PRESSURE HYDRAULUIC LINE HAD LEAKS. REMOVED AND REPLACED HYDRAULIC LINE AND FUNCTIONALLY CHECK GOOD. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
