FOUND CRACKS IN REINFORCING WEB. PART TT THOUGHT TO BE SAME AS AC TT. OPERATED THIS AIRCRAFT FOR APPROXIMATELY 2,100 HOURS AND OTHERS FOR A TOTAL OF 5,000 HOURS. FIRST ONE WE HAVE SEEN CRACK. (K)
FAN BLADE BROKE (1 OF 4 PADDLES). VIBRATION CAUSED WIRE CONNECTOR TO FAIL. FURTHER DAMAGE AVOIDED.
THIS BULKHEAD CRACKED BETWEEN THE MOUNTING HOLES OF THE RE-ENFORCEMENT AND OUTBOARD FLANGE. ONLY 2 CRACKS, PORT DID NOT FAIL FURTHER FOUND AT 100 HOUR INSPECTION.
