ON REPOSITION LEG FROM SFO TO SNA CREW TURNED ON WING ANTI ICE FOR TESTING. AFTER A FEW MINUTES THEY NOTICED WHAT APPEARED TO BE SMOKE IN PAX CABIN. THEY TURNED OFF SYSTEM AND CONTINUED TO SNA. REMOVED CLOSE OUT PANELS AND DETERMINED TO BE SPILLED COFFEE ON BLEED AIR DUCT IN CABIN. CLEANED DUCT AND PERFORMED MAINTENANCE EVALUATION FLIGHT WITH NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED.
CRACK IN ANTI-ICE TUBE CAUSED PRESSURE SENSE LINE FITTING TO SEPARATE FROM TUBE AT WELD
NOSE WHEEL STEERING FAILED ON LANDING.
BRAKE SYSTEM 1 FAILED AFTER LANDING, SWITCHED TO SYSTEM 2 BRAKES WITH NO ISSUES, TAXIED TO FBO.
NR 2 ENGINE FLAMED OUT DURING TAXI FOR DEPARTURE. TROUBLESHOOTING IN WORK BY GO TEAM WITH AOG SUPPORT.
RIGHT OUTBOARD TIRE TREAD SEPARATION CAUSING DAMAGE TO MLG DOOR AND ATTACH LINK. ALSO FOUND A SMALL DENT IN LOWER SURFACE OF FLAP.
WHILE DESCENDING FROM FL450, CABIN WARNING LIGHT AND TONE ACTIVATED DUE TO PARTIAL LOSS OF CABIN PRESSURE. CREW DONE MASKS, DECLARED EMERGENCY AND LANDED UNEVENTFULLY AT DESTINATION AIRPORT (BMI).
LANDING GEAR FAILED TO RETRACT AFTER TAKEOFF. NO MOVEMENT, THREE GREEN INDICATED, RETURNED TO FIELD.
DURING THE FINAL APPROACH, A FLAPS FAIL LIGHT WHEN THE FLAPS WERE PLACED IN THE 45 DEGREE POSITION. CONTINUED TO AVIATE AND GET THE AIRCRAFT ON THE GROUND. REPORTED A LOSS OF 15-20 KTS DURING THE SHORT FINAL FLARE STAGE. THE LANDING PHASE BECAME UNSTABLE AND IN NEED OF TOO MUCH RUNWAY, AND THE PILOT PERFORMED A O GO-AROUND. DURING THE GO AROUND, THE FLAPS WERE INDEED STUCK IN THE 45 POSITION AND WOULD NOT RETRACT. DID NOT DECLARE AN EMERGENCY AND LANDED.
