Maintenance disclosure history
Service Difficulty Reports are self-reported maintenance findings. The NUMBER of reports is not a measure of reliability — diligent operators file more, not fewer. These are shown for transparency, not as a negative signal. To verify a report, search its control number at the FAA SDRS site.
Reports span 2014–2016. Most-reported systems: Air conditioning & press. (21) — 1; Landing gear (32) — 1; Engine indicating (77) — 1. Most-common natures of condition, as filed: FALSE WARNING — 1; OVER TEMP; WARNING INDICATION — 1; WARNING INDICATION — 1.

Part: CIRCUIT BREAKER — FAULTY (COCKPIT) · airframe 3,305 hrs · 2,661 cycles
APPROXIMATELY 1300 LOCAL TIME, DEPARTED ON A POSITIONING FLIGHT FROM KPDK. CLIMBING THROUGH ~1000 FT AGL, CREW NOTED "R BLEED OVHT" ANNUNCIATION INDICATING A DUCT OVER HEAT CONDITION. CREW PERFORMED THE APPROPRIATE CHECKLIST WITH NO IMMEDIATE CHANGE IN CONDITION. SHORTLY THEREAFTER, THE "R BLEED LEAK" ANNUNCIATOR ILLUMINATED, AND CREW ELECTED TO DECLARE AN EMERGENCY AND RETURN TO KPDK. CREW FOLLOWED CHECKLIST AND EVENTUALLY REDUCED THRUST DURING THE APPROACH TO KPDK. R BLEED OVHT ANNUNCIATOR EXTINGUISHED FIRST, FOLLOWED SOMEWHAT LATER IN THE APPROACH (~1/2 MILE FINAL) THE R BLEED LEAK ANNUNCIATOR EXTINGUISHED. CREW SUCCESSFULLY LANDED, SHUTDOWN, AND WROTE UP THE DISCREPANCY. MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS WERE NOTIFIED AIRCRAFT COULD NOT BE FLOWN UNTIL MAINTENANCE ACTION PERFORMED. MAINTENANCE PERFORMED VISUAL INSPECTION OF THE AFFECTED BLEED AIR SYSTEM WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. FURTHER TROUBLESHOOTING REVEALED RT TEMP MODULATING VALVE WAS NOT MOVING IN EITHER AUTO OR MANUAL DUE TO A FAULTY CIRCUIT BREAKER FAILING TO SUPPLY POWER TO VALVE. CIRCUIT BREAKER WAS REPLACED AND GROUND OPS AND LEAK CHECK SATISFACTORY. CREW PERFORMED POST MAINTENANCE FLIGHT TEST OF THE SYSTEM WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED.
Part: MONITOR — FALSE INDICATION (ENGINE VIBRATION) · airframe 3,812 hrs · 3,173 cycles
RIGHT ENGINE VIBRATION LIGHT ILLUMINATED ON CLIMB OUT. PILOTS RETURNED TO DEPARTURE. T/S TO ENGINE VIBRATION MONITORING UNIT. UNIT WAS REMOVED AND A NEW UNIT INSTALLED. OPS CHECK GOOD. THIS WAS INDICATION PROBLEM , NO VIBRATION OF THE ENGINE WAS EVER FELT.
Part: UPLOCK SWITCH — OUT OF ALIGNMENT (NLG) · airframe 3,686 hrs · 3,063 cycles
DURING DEPARTURE AND RAISING GEAR HANDLE, CREW NOTED "HYD PRESS" ANNUNCIATOR LIGHT REMAINED ON, 3 GREEN GEAR LIGHTS EXTINGUISHED, "GEAR UNLOCK" RED LIGHT REMAINED ILLUMINATED. GEAR WAS RECYLED DOWN THEN BACK UP, PROBLEM PERSISTED. CREW ADVISED APPROACH CONTROLLER OF INTENTION TO RETURN TO DEPARTURE FOR A PRECAUTIONARY LANDING. GEAR EXTENDED NORMALLY, ANNUNCIATORS ALL NORMAL FOR GEAR DOWN CONDITION. NORMAL LANDING WAS MADE. ADJUSTED NOSE GEAR UP SWITCH SLIGHTLY AND CYCLED GEAR WITH ACFT ON JACKS WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. NO FURTHER ISSUES ON SEVERAL SUBSEQUENT LEGS.
