DENT ON LEFT LEADING EDGE FOUND ON POST FLIGHT BY PILOTS. PILOTS BELIEVE IT WAS CAUSED BY FOD ON THE RUNWAY OR TAXIWAY AT KGNV BUT DID NOT WITNESS THE EVENT AND ONLY NOTICED THE DAMAGE DURING POST FLIGHT. DAMAGE HAS ORANGE AND WHITE PAINT TRANSFER INDICATING POSSIBLE CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT AND KGNV HAS CURRENT CONSTRUCTION BE PERFORMED AROUND THE TAXIWAYS. A PHYSICAL INSPECTION OF THE AIRPORT WITH AIRPORT PERSONNEL COULD NOT FIND ANY DAMAGED CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT OR POSSIBLE FOD THAT COULD HAVE CAUSED THIS DAMAGED. A INSURANCE CLAIM WILL BE FILED AND THE LEFT LEADING EDGE SLAT WILL BE REPLACED.

DURING TAKEOFF OUT OF KOPF THE LANDING GEAR FAILED TO RETRACT DURING TAKEOFF, PROCEEDED WITH CHECKLIST AND CAME BACK TO KOPF.

LOW OIL PRESSURE ON LEFT ENGINE ON CLIMB OUT FROM KPIE. THE CREW FOLLOWED THE CHECKLIST DECLARED AN EMERGENCY, SHUTDOWN THE ENGINE AND REROUTED BACK TO KPIE. WE HAD MAINTENANCE WAITING FOR THEIR ARRIVAL. UPON INITIAL INSPECTION, IT WAS FOUND THAT THE OIL CAP WAS LOOSE. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED THE CAP AND TANK AND FOUND NO DEFECTS. OIL WAS SERVICED AND ENGINES RUNS PERFORMED WITH NO ISSUES. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.

UPON APPROACH TO LAND, FLAPS FAILED TO MOVE FROM ZERO. CREW PERFORMED ZERO FLAP LANDING PROCEDURE AND DECLARED EMERGENCY AS A PRECAUTION.

DURING CRUISE FLIGHT THE CREW REPORTED GETTING A RIGHT THRUST REVERSER UNLOCK ANNUNCIATOR LIGHT ILLUMINATION. THEY DECLARED AN EMERGENCY WITH ATC AND BEGAN DECENT TO THE CLOSES AIRPORT THEY COULD LAND. THE CREW REPORTED THE UNLOCK ANNUNCIATOR LIGHT EXTINGUISHED DURING DECENT UPON LANDING MX TECHNICIANS INSPECTED THE THRUST REVERSER SYSTEM AND COULD NOT DUPLICATE THE DISCREPANCY HOWEVER THE THRUST REVERSERS WERE PINNED AND MEL'D PER THE PROCEDURE. THE AIRCRAFT WAS THEN REPOSITIONED TO KGNV (HOMEBASE) FOR FURTHER INSPECTION AND TROUBLESHOOTING.
