ENGINE REMOVED TO REPLACE THE NR 5 BEARING AND COMPLY WITH CEB 72-6068 REV. 2. THE NR 5 BEARING WAS REMOVED DUE TO SPALLING ON OUTER RACE. REPLACED WITH NEW BEARING.
TURBINE REMOVED 5-19-16 FOR METAL IN OIL. REMOVED NR 5 BEARING DUE TO PROBABLE SPALLING ON OUTER RACE AT SPLIT. INSPECTED BEARING FOUND SPALLING ON OUTER RACE AT SPLIT. SCRAP PART AND REPLACED WITH NEW.
ENGINE REMOVED 2-24-15 DUE TO METAL IN OIL. NR 2 BEARING EXHIBITED HEAVY SPALLING ON BALLS. INSTALLED NEW PART.
