GEAR WARNING AND RED LIGHT ILLUMINATED WHEN FULL FLAPS WERE EXTENDED. AFTER FOLLOWING THE CHECKLIST, THE WARNING HORN WAS SILENCED AND THE RED LIGHT WENT OUT. LANDED THE ACFT.
DURING INSPECTION, FOUND NR 2 ENGINE OTBD FIRE SEAL CHANNEL CRACKED AT THE FOOT WHERE IT BOLTS TO THE LOWER AFT COWL.
DURING INSPECTION, FOUND NR 1 ENGINE INBD FIRE SEAL CHANNEL CRACKED AT THE FOOT WHERE IT BOLTS TO THE LOWER AFT COWL.
DURING INSPECTION, FOUND NR 2 ENGINE INBD FIRE SEAL CHANNEL CRACKED AT THE FOOT WHERE IT BOLTS TO THE LOWER AFT COWL.
DURING INSPECTION FOUND NR 1 ENGINE INLET CRACKED AT THE RIVET ATTACHING THE BRACKET FOR THE INLET HEAT DUCT. CRACKED WHERE THE INLET IS STARTING TO CURVE.
DURING INSPECTION, FOUND NR 1 ENGINE OTBD FIRE SEAL CHANNEL CRACKED AT THE FOOT WHERE IT BOLTS ATTACH TO THE LOWER AFT COWL.
ELEVATOR MOVEMENT TO CERTAIN DISTANCE CAUSES POPPING SOUND IN EMPENNAGE. INVESTIGATION RESULTED IN FINDING THE ELEVATOR TRIM MOTOR TURNBUCKLE UPPER BOLT & NUT RUBBING AGAIN THE ELEVATOR RIGGING CHANNEL, CAUSING CHAFING.
(UA2R) DURING ROUTINE INSP, FOUND RT ENGINE INBD HOTLIP HOSE BROKEN. INSTALLED NEW HOSE.
