THE AIR STAIR DOOR OPENS REALLY FAST & FOUND THAT THE DOOR SNUBBER PRESS READ 500 PSI. SERVICED THE AIR STAIR DOOR SNUBBER AS NEEDED IAW MI 52-01. OPERATIONS CHECKED GOOD AT THIS TIME.

SIG EVENT - UPON LANDING IN "DEN" THE LEFT HAND MAIN LANDING GEAR COLLAPSED CAUSING SIGNIFICANT DAMAGE TO THE LEFT MAIN LANDING GEAR AND ASSOCIATED SPAR AREA. IT HAS BEEN ISOLATED AT THIS TIME TO A FAILURE OF THE UPPER DRAG BRACE "A" ARM ASSEMBLY LUGS WHICH BROKE CAUSING THE GEAR TO PARTIALLY COLLAPSE. MX REPLACED THE LT DRAG BRACE ASSY IAW TC 1900-3210.02, OPS CHECK OK.

NOSE GEAR ANNUNCIATOR DID NOT ILLUMINATE WITH GEAR SELECT DOWN. INSPECTED FOUND FAULTY ACTUATOR SWITCH. REMOVED AND REPLACED ACTUATOR, OPS CHECKED SYSTEM GOOD.
IN CRUISE FLIGHT CREW REPORTED DUAL ENVIRONMENTAL FAIL INDICATION. PRESSURIZATION SYSTEM FAILED. FOUND ENVIRONMENTAL SYSTEM PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD INOPERATIVE. REPLACED CIRCUIT BOARD. OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD. (M)
CAPTAIN'S ALTIMETER FLAGGED DURING DESCENT. REMOVED AND REPLACED ALTIMETER. SYSTEM TESTS SATISFACTORY. SUBSEQUENT BENCH TESTS WERE UNABLE TO CONFIRM PROBLEM. THIS WAS THE THIRD SUCH FAILURE OF THIS INSTRUMENT IN THE PAST 9 MONTHS (714 HOURS) OF OPERATION. P/N KEA-346/066-03062-0008.
