COMPLETELY THROUGH BLADE ALSO THE INNER AFT SIDE OF REMAINING LEADING EDGE HAS A CRACK AROUND MID SPAN. REPLACED ENGINE. NEW SERIAL NUMBER IS 222182. NO ODOR NOTED AFTER ITEMS REMOVED FROM AC. AFTER FURTHER TROUBLESHOOTING, REPLACED LEFT HAND GALLEY CEILING LIGHT BALLAST, DR 2 CROSS AISLE

[SUP 06-06-07] NR 2 ENGINE IDG WAS REPLACED, BUT CAUSE OF W-U WAS APU AUTO SHUTDOWN. AFTER TROUBLESHOOTING, APU DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE SENSOR WAS CLEANED AND RESECURRED. FOLLOW-UP VERIFICATION FLIGHT CONFIRMED APU OP AT ALTITUDE. PLANE RETURNED TO ETOPS SERVICE.
