DURING CRUISE FLIGHT, CABIN FUMES WERE DETECTED, FOLLOWED BY VISIBLE SMOKE. THE FLIGHT CREW EXECUTED THE EMERGENCY PROCEDURES AND CHECKLISTS, WHICH INCLUDED SHUTTING DOWN ALL NON-ESSENTIAL SYSTEMS. TURNING OFF THE FOOT HEATER IMMEDIATELY AFTER DETECTING THE FUMES PREVENTED THEM FROM WORSENING. SHORTLY THEREAFTER, THE SMOKE SUBSIDED AND BEGAN TO DISSIPATE. THE REMAINING DESCENT, APPROACH, LANDING, AND TAXI WERE UNEVENTFUL. A POST-FLIGHT MAINTENANCE INSPECTION DETERMINED THAT THE FOOT HEATER WIRING AT THE CONNECTOR HAD OVERHEATED, MELTING THE PLASTIC CONNECTION COATING. AIRCRAFT CURRENTLY OOS AWT PARTS.

DURING CLIMB FROM GJT, AT ABOUT 1000 AGL, I RECEIVED A MASTER WARNING ESSENTIAL BUS AND SEVERAL MASTER CAUTION LIGHTS GEN1, GEN2, AND BAT. THE QRH DOESN'T GIVE GUIDANCE ON THE SPECIFIC CONDITION I HAD (MULTIPLE BUS FAILURES SIMULTANEOUSLY). RETURNED TO BASE AND CALL MAINTENANCE. CHECKED CIRCUIT BREAKERS AND NR 1 & 2 GNE WIRING GROUND RAN AIRCRAFT NO DEFECTS NOTED AT THIS TIME IAW AMM 12-A-24-00-00-00A-040A-A.

AFTER TAXIING INTO THE RAMP, THE PILOT DISCOVERED THAT THE LT MAIN TIRE WAS FLAT, TRIED TO AIR THE TIRE TO MOVE THE PLANE INTO THE HANGAR. IT WOULD NOT HOLD PRESS. THE WHEEL HALF BOLTS HAD LOST ALL TORQUE. THE BOLT HEADS HAD CONTACTED THE BRAKE TORQUE TUBE & THERE WAS MECHANICAL DAMAGE TO THE BOLT HEADS & THE TORQUE TUBE. THERE IS SOME DAMAGE TO THE TORQUE TUBE ON THE BRAKE ASSEMBLY WHERE THE WHEEL HALF BOLT HEADS CONTACTED IT, IT IS VERY CLOSE TO, OR OVER, THE ALLOWABLE LIMIT. THE BRAKE ASSEMBLY WILL NEED INSPECTION & REPAIR, THE WHEEL ASSEMBLY WILL NEED INSPECTION, REPAIR & OVERHAUL.

PILOTS & CREW DETECTED AN UNUSUAL ODOR AFTER TAKEOFF, WHICH AFFECTED THE EYES. CHECKED ALL SYS WITH ACFT PLUGGED IN TO GPU. NO ODOR PRESENT. CHECKED & FOUND NO CIRCUIT BREAKERS POPPED. CHECKED FOOT WARMER & AUX HEATERS. NO ODOR PRESENT. VISUALLY INSPECTED ECS SYS AND ENG. NO OIL OR FUEL LEAKS FOUND. ALL SYS FUNCTIONED PROPERLY WITH ACFT PLUGGED IN TO GPU FOR 20 TO 30 MINUTES. RAN ENGINE ON GROUND RUN WITH ALL SYS ON. NO ODORS PRESENT & ALL SYS FUNCTIONED PROPERLY. OPS CHECK FLT PERFORMED. ECS & ALL OTHER SYS FUNCTIONED PROPERLY. SUSPECT, DURING CLEANING OF ACFT INTERIOR & EXTERIOR, THAT SOAP ENTERED THE INTAKE FOR THE ENGINE AND MADE IT TO THE P3 AIR SUPPLY FOR THE ECS AND INTO THE CABIN WHEN THE ENGINE WAS RUNNING. OR PRODUCT FROM THE CLEANING THE FLOOR IN THE CABIN ENTERED THE SYS AND SMELLED WHEN THE ECS WAS TURNED ON. COULD NOT DUPLICATE PROBLEM. ACFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
