DURING A MAINTENANCE VISIT, THE 2 LOWER EMERGENCY LIGHTS AT THE WING TRAILING EDGE WERE FOUND TO BE INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE FOUND THE 3 FUSES DEFECTIVE IN THE POWER SUPPLY AND REPLACED THEM. SYSTEM OPERATION WAS NORMAL AFTER THE FUSES WERE REPLACED.
DURING A MAINTENANCE VISIT, THE EMERGENCY FLOOR LIGHT AT DOOR 3L WAS FOUND TO BE INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE RECONNECTED THE WIRES. SYSTEM OPERATION WAS NORMAL AFTER THE WIRES WERE RECONNECTED.
DURING A MAINTENANCE VISIT, THE EMERGENCY FLOOR LIGHTS BETWEEN SEATS 22AB TO 31AB WERE FOUND TO BE INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE RECONNECTED THE WIRE AT SEAT 22AB. SYSTEM OPERATION WAS NORMAL AFTER THE WIRE WAS RECONNECTED.
DURING WALK AROUND CHECK, FOUND THROUGH SURFACE CRACK (L=320MM AND W=0.5MM) AT PANEL, WHICH IS LOCATED IN FRONT OF RIGHT INBOARD TRAILING EDGE FLAP AND AT AREA BETWEEN FUSELAGE & NR 5 INBD FLAP TRACK, AT STA 1280 IN ZONE 571. COMPLETED PERMANENT REPAIR FOR FIBERGLASS HONEYCOMB FIXED PANE PER B747-400 SRM 57-51-01, PG-205, TABLE-1 AND -400SRM 51-70-07, CONTACTED ATL MCC AND ITEM BACK TO SVC.
DURING A MAINTENANCE VISIT, THE EMERGENCY ESCAPE PATH LIGHT AT SEATS 54H, 43C, LAV 4L1 AND LAV 2R WERE FOUND TO BE INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE PATH LIGHT ASSEMBLY AT THE FRONT OF LAV 4L1 AND RELAMPED BULBS AT 54H, 43C AND AT THE FRONT OF LAV 2R. SYSTEM OPERATION WAS NORMAL AFTER THE LIGHT ASSEMBLY AND BULBS WERE REPLACED.
DURING A MAINTENANCE VISIT, THE 2L DOOR MOUNTED EMERGENCY LIGHT WAS FOUND INOPERATIVE. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE 2L DOOR MOUNTED EMERGENCY LIGHT ASSEMBLY. SYSTEM OPERATION WAS NORMAL AFTER THE LIGHT ASSEMBLY WAS REPLACED.

AIRCRAFT DECLARED A RED EMERGENCY, DIVERTED TO ANC AND DURING LANDING, EXPERIENCED HOT BRAKES ON THE LEFT WING LANDING GEAR AND LEFT BODY LANDING GEAR. AIRCRAFT TAXIED TO THE GATE WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. REPLACED THE RUDDER POWER CONTROL MODULE, UPPER AND LOWER ACTUATORS FOR THE LOWER RUDDER, UPPER YAW DAMPER MODULE, NR 4 BRAKE, NR 4 TIRE, NR 8 BRAKE, AND THE LEFT BRAKE METERING VALVE. ACCOMPLISHED A DVI OF THE VERTICAL STABILIZER AND RUDDER. OPERATIONAL AND VISUAL CHECKS GOOD.
