FUSELAGE / SKIN / FS 228 / STRG. 17L-18L : DENT CUTOUT REPAIR THE FUSELAGE SKIN WAS FOUND WITH 3 DENTS NEAR FS 228 BETWEEN STRINGERS 17L & 18L. THE DENTS WERE REMOVED WITH A SINGLE 10" X 10" CUTOUT IN THE SKIN. THE CUTOUT WAS REPAIRED WITH AN EXTERNAL ALUMINUM DOUBLER PER ER/A 382691- 14, REV A.
SMOKE DETECTOR IN RIGHT AFT LAV DID NOT OPERATE WHEN PASSENGER SMOKED TWO CIGARETTES AND TRASH BIN BEGAN TO SMOLDER. REPLACED SMOKE DETECTOR, QA INVESTIGATING.
EMERGENCY EXIT LIGHT ON SEAT 19E IS INOP. RELAMPED BOTH LIGHTS.
CRACKS AT L2R AND L2L ON THE FS 1418 FRAME WERE FOUND IN THE TYPICAL LOCATIONS. THE CRACKS WERE 1.25 EACH. REPAIRED PER ERA 332990-14.
A DENT WAS FOUND ON THE FUSELAGE SKIN AT FS 237 JUST BELOW L17L. CUTOUT MEASURED APPROX 6 BY 2.5. REPAIRED PER ERA 332994-14, REV A.
AT HMV, A DENT WAS TRIMMED OUT IN THE FUSELAGE SKIN; DAMAGE CUTOUT IS APPROX 30 BY 8; AND IS LOCATED AT APPROX FS 250 AND L19L. REPAIRED PER ERA 266889-14, REV B.
A GOUGE WAS NOTED ON THE AFT EDGE OF THE C3 DOORWAY. THE DAMAGE WAS REMOVED W/A 1 BY 1.4 TRIM OUT IN THE SKIN AND SURROUND DOUBLER. REPAIR PER ERA 333011-14, REV. A.
DURING A ROUTINE SHOP INSPECTION, NR 6921 WAS WRITTEN ON LT NLG DOOR FOR DAMAGE ON INNER SKIN LOWER FLANGE 10 INCHES FROM FWD EDGE. INSTALLED DOUBLER PER SRM 52-02 FIG. 6.
FOUND DURING TRIP CHECK, L-1 DOOR HOLD OPEN WAS OUT OF ADJUSTMENT. FOUND SKIN CRACKED BELOW HOLD OPEN HOOK ON DOOR SKIN. REPAIRED PER SRM 52-05 FIG 20B.
