LOWERED LANDING GEAR AND RETURNED TO DFW. CHECKED NOSE GEAR. SERVICED NOSE STRUT PER M/M 32-21-01-619-801. JACKED NOSE GEAR CYCLED NOSE GEAR ALL INDICIATIONS NORMAL.

THE CANTED STATION 1520 BULKHEAD WAS FOUND WITH TWO 2 INCH CRACKS AT THE 1:00 O CLOCK POSITION (LOOKING AFT). THE CRACKS ARE NEAR THE JOGGLE LINE FOR THE FACTORY WEB SPLICE. THE DAMAGED SECTION OF WEB WAS TRIMMED OFF AND AN ALUMINUM DOUBLER AND TRIPLER INSTALLED TO REPLACE THE REMOVED AREA AND REPLACED THE JOGGLED SPLICE. THE REPAIR WAS ACCOMPLISHED PER ER/A 379779-14, REV A.

CLEANED FWD E & E DOOR SEAL AND SECURED INSULATION AFT RT OF NOSE GEAR ACCESS AREA. SECURED LEADING EDGE PANEL ON RAM AIR DOOR. SWUNG GEAR, OPS NORMAL.

THE FUSELAGE SKIN WAS SEVERELY DENTED BETWEEN FS 261 AND FS 286 AND BETWEEN LONGERONS 25R AND 27R. THE FRAME FORMER SKIN ATTACH ANGLES AT FS 275. ALSO, ABOVE AND BELOW LONGERON 26R ARE BROKEN. REPAIRED GROUND DAMGE PER DL ERA 273532-14.
