Probable cause
THE OPERATOR MAINTENANCE PERSONNEL'S FAILURE TO PERFORM AN ADEQUATE INSPECTION OF THE AIRPLANE, WHICH LED TO A WORN AILERON CABLE WHICH SEPARATED IN FLIGHT AND CAUSED A LOSS OF CONTROL.
