DURING CRUISE FLIGHT THE PILOT EXPERIENCED AN EXCESSIVE TAIL ROTOR VIBRATION. THE PILOT THEN EXECUTED A PRECAUTIONARY LANDING. WHEN CREW ARRIVED TO INVESTIGATE THE VIBRATION THE INITIAL DISCOVERED WAS THAT THE OUTBOARD TAIL ROTOR FORK BOLT WAS SHEARED.
DURING A FLIGHT THE PILOT EXPERIENCED EXCESSIVE VIBRATION. THE PILOT MADE A PRECAUTIONARY LANDING & NOTIFIED MX. MX DISCOVERED THE PITCH HORN ON THE OTBD TAIL ROTOR BLADE WAS BROKEN OFF.
DURING CLIMBOUT, LEFT TURBOCHARGER EXPERIENCED AN INTERNAL FAILURE. PILOT RETURNED TO AIRPORT WITHOUT INCIDENT. TURBOCHARGER WAS REMOVED AND IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT THE IMPELLER WAS SEIZED.
WITH ACFT PARKED IN STRONG TAIL WIND NEAR GROSS WEIGHT WITH CG NEAR AFT LIMIT, ACFT SETTLED ON TAIL TIE DOWN ASSY AFTER PILOT EXITED THE COCKPIT. THE LOWER PORTION OF THE 2612059-2 BULKHEAD WAS DAMAGED AND WILL HAVE TO BE REPAIRED IAW THE FAA APPROVED MFG SRM CHAPTER 53-50-01 TAIL CONE DAMAGE REPAIR PROCEDURE.
