ENROUTE, DURING A STEP CLIMB FROM FL390 TO FL410, THE PIC NOTICED THAT THE CABIN RATE INCREASED DRAMATICALLY. AT THAT POINT, HE LEVELED OFF, THE CREW PUT THEIR OXYGEN MASKS ON AND DEPLOYED THE PASSENGER OXYGEN MASKS, DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND ENTERED INTO A RAPID DESCENT. DURING THE DESCENT, THE PIC LOOKED BACK TO CHECK ON PASSENGERS AND SAW ONE HAD PASSED OUT AND THE OTHER PASSENGERS WERE HELPING HER. THEY DIVERTED, LANDED SAFELY, AND WERE MET BY CFR, POLICE, AND EMTâS. THE EMTâS TREATED THE 1 PASSENGER AND CLEARED HER AS BEING OK AND RELEASED HER. THE DOM CONTACTED MAINTENANCE TO CHECK OUT THE PRESURIZATION SYSTEM. THE DUCT CLAMP ON THE WATER SEPARATOR DUCT GOING TO THE ACM HAD COME LOOSE. THE PART WAS INSPECTED WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED AND REINSTALLED. THE PRESSURIZATION SYSTEM WAS OPS CHECKED IAW THE MM. THE SYSTEM OPS CHECKED GOOD AND THE ACFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE. ACFT RETURNED TO HOME BASE WITH NO INCIDENT. A NEW CLAMP AND DUCT ASSEMBLY WAS INSTALLED WITH AN OPS CHECK CONDUCTED IAW THE MM. OPS CHECK GOOD AND ACFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
NR 2 MAIN TIRE BUBBLING AROUND BEAD SEAT.
DURING ROUTINE MAINTENANCE FOUND CORROSION UNDER VHF ANTENNA AT FS 360, BL0 AND UNDER TRANSPONDER ANTENNA, FS 386, LBL4.
CREW REPORTED THEY STARTED LOOSING CABIN PRESSURE AT FL 24, DECENT TO LOWER FLIGHT LEVEL WAS INITIATED AT WHICH TIME THE CREW REPORTED THEY HEARD A LOUD WHISTLE AT THE MAIN ENTRY DOOR.
ALL OF THE RT ENG PARAMETERS WERE LOST & A BANG WAS HEAR. THE ENG WAS SHUT DOWN AS A PRECAUTION & THE ACFT RETURNED TO THE AIRPORT. INVESTIGATION AFTER LANDING SHOWED THE RT OTBD & LOWER COWLS TO HAVE DEPARTED THE ACFT, ONE OR MORE STRIKING THE TAIL CONE & VERTICAL STABILIZER, NO PENETRATION OF SKIN NOTED. THE TOP INBD COWL WAS PARTIALLY DETACHED & CRUMPLED TOWARDS THE FUSELAGE. THE RETAINER STRAPS & COWL FASTENERS WERE LARGELY RETAINED WITH THE NACELLE STRUCTURE.
GEAR IN TRANSIT LIGHT WOULD NOT EXTINGUISH AFTER GEAR RETRACTION.
RIGHT MAIN LANDING GEAR DOWN & LOCK LIGHT NOT ILLUMINATED WHEN LANDING GEAR EXTENDED.
PITCH TRIM MALFUNCTION AFTER TAKEOFF.
