N533CM 525B-0182 WAS IN ROUTE FROM MIA TO C29. WHILE IN ROUTE AND ON DESCENT AT 34,000 FEET CREW REPORTED AIRCRAFT DEPRESSURIZATION FOLLOWED BY EMER PRESS ANNUNCIATOR ILLUMINATED. CREW DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND DIVERTED TO KMKE. THIS WAS A PART 135 TRIP WITH 1 PASSENGER ON BOARD. CREW LANDED THE AIRCRAFT SAFELY.
AIRCRAFT DEPARTED, ENGAGED AUTOPILOT IN CLIMB, EXPERIENCED A RAPID PITCH UP AND LEFT ROLL, AUTOPILOT SELF DISENGAGED, PILOT LEVELED AIRCRAFT AND FOLLOWED CHECKLIST PROCEDURES FOR TROUBLESHOOTING AND VERIFICATION OF ANY OTHER MALFUNCTIONS, DECIDED TO DIVERT FROM INTENDED DESTINATION, AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.
AIRCRAFT ENTERED DECENT FROM 44,000 FT, TO 38,000 FT, THE NR 2 ENGINE FLAMED OUT, EMERGENCY PROCEDURES WERE FOLLOWED AND EMERGENCY DECLARED, AIRCRAFT DIVERTED AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT, THE NR 2 ENGINE FUEL DELIVERY UNIT WAS SENT FOR INSPECTION,
WINDSHIELD FAULT LIGHT ILLUMINATED APPROX 30 SECONDS PRIOR TO PILOTS SEEING CRACK IN LOWER RT COPILOTS WINDSHIELD, DECLARED EMERGENCY AND DECENDED TO A SAFE DEPRESSURIZED ALTITUDE IAW ACFT PROCEDURES, PROBABLE CAUSE BROUGHT ON BY FAILED ELECTRICAL HEATING ELEMENT IN WINDSHIELD, WINDSHIELD REPLACE AT SERVICE CENTER.
CREW EXPERIENCED LOSS OF PRESSURIZATION/ERRATIC OPERATION, WAS ABLE TO CONTROL IN MANUAL MODE.
