Maintenance disclosure history
Service Difficulty Reports are self-reported maintenance findings. The NUMBER of reports is not a measure of reliability — diligent operators file more, not fewer. These are shown for transparency, not as a negative signal. To verify a report, search its control number at the FAA SDRS site.
Reports span 2004–2019. Most-reported systems: Landing gear (32) — 1; Engine fuel & control (73) — 1. Most-common natures of condition, as filed: OTHER — 1; PARTIAL RPM/PWR LOSS — 1.

Part: FUEL CONTROL — FAILED (RT ENGINE) · airframe 8,472 hrs
UPON DESCENT FOR LANDING, RIGHT ENGINE HORSE POWER WOULD NOT REDUCE BELOW 200 HORSE POWER WITH THE POWER LEVER AT FLIGHT IDLE. UPON LANDING, RIGHT ENGINE HORSE POWER REMAINED AT APPROXIMATELY 100 HORSE POWER UNTIL AIRCRAFT SLOWED DOWN TO 50 KIAS. AT THAT POINT THE RIGHT ENGINE BETA LIGHT ILLUMINATED AND HORSE POWER DROPPED TO ZERO.
Part: BELLCRANK — FAILED (ROD END ATTACH)
THE BELLCRANK FOR THE LT NOSE GEAR AFT DOOR FAILED/ CRACKED AT THE ROD END UPPER ATTACH POINT AND FELL OVER IN THE WHEEL WELL WHILE THE GEAR WAS IN THE UP POSITION. WHEN THE DOWN POSITION WAS SELECTED THE GEAR COULD NOT EXTEND DUE TO THE ROD BEING IN THE WAY. FATIGUE OF THE BELLCRANK IS SUSPECT FOR THE FAILURE. (GL11200411826)
