LANDING GEAR FAILED TO DEPLOY HAD TO USE EMERGENCY EXTENSION. PERFORMED GEAR SWING AND COULD NOT DUPLICATE.
WHILE OPERATING A CFAR 135 REGULATED FLIGHT LEG WITH A DEPARTURE FROM KMSY WITH INTENTIONS TO FLY TO KPHX, THE AIRCRAFT INCURRED A MECHANICAL ISSUE. DURING THE CLIMB ABOVE APPROXIMATELY 10,000â THE CABIN RATE BEGAN TO DESCEND AT A RATE OF 1,500 FT/MIN WHEN THE RATE SHOULD HAVE BEEN CLIMBING AT 500 FT/MIN. NOTICING THE AIRCRAFT WAS NOT FUNCTION AS DESIRED WE DECIDED TO RETURN TO KMSY AND HAVE THE PASSENGERS DEPLANE AND UTILIZE ANOTHER AIRCRAFT FOR THIS PARTICULAR FLIGHT. AT THIS TIME I DID NOT DEEM IT WAS SAFE TO CONTINUE ACROSS THE COUNTRY AND TO HAVE TO RETURN LATER THAT EVENING" MECHANICAL ISSUE WAS OVER PRESSURIZATION.
PIC REPORTS NOSE GEAR INDICATION INOP DURING GEAR DOWN CYCLE, CYCLED GEAR 3 TIMES AND CONFIRMED GEAR DOWN WITH ATC ACKNOWLEDGEMENT DURING FLY BY, AFTER CYCLING GEAR ALL THREE INDICATIONS WERE PRESENT.
PIC REPORTED NOISE ON TAKE OFF, LANDED @ KAPA UPON VISUAL INSPECTION FOUND LT OUTBOARD TIRE, THREAD RUBBER SEPARATED FROM CASING, THREAD SEPARATION. MX NOTIFIED FACILITY MX ROUTED TO AIRCRAFT@ KAPA, R&R BOTH LT INBOARD AND OUTBOARD TIRE ASSY, INSPECTED & FUNCTIONALLY TESTED L/H FLAPS, VISUALLY INSPECTED SURROUNDING AREAS/COMPONENTS OF LT LANDING GEAR, HYDRAULIC SYSTEMS/LINES AND BRAKE ASSY. FERRY PERMIT APPLIED FOR TO RELOCATE AIRCRAFT TO MX FACILITY FOR FURTHER INSPECTION.
DURING MX PRE FLIGHT OPS CHECK FLAPS, OPERATION OF FLAPS ERRATIC, DURING INSPECTION L/N FLAP FOUND BROKEN BROKEN WIRE ON MICRO SWITCH, REPAIRED AND FUNCTIONALLY TESTED NO FAULT FOUND, AIRCRAFT RELEASED TO SERVICE 04/01/2019.
PIC REPORTED #1 GLIDE SCOPE INTERMITTENT DURING DESCENT TO KAPA, DOM NOTIFIED. MX CALLED OUT TO LOCATION. UNIT MEL CAT "C" IAW FACILITY APPROVED MEL DATED 01/15/2018.
PILOT REPORTED THE NR 1 HYD PUMP HAD FAILED AN OPS TEST. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE NR 1 HYDRAULIC PUMP, REPLACED THE RESERVOIR FILTERS, DRAINED SYSTEM FLUID, CLEANED THREE FILTERS. SERVICED THE SYSTEM AND OPS TESTED, NO DEFECTS NOTED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE, IAW AMM 29-10-03, AND 29-00-06.
DURING POST FLIGHT OF AIRCRAFT AT FACILITY LOCATED IN KHUM ENG NR 2 FIRE LOOP FAILED OPS TEST. NOTIFIED DOM, DOM GROUNDED AIRCRAFT. REMOVED NR 2 ENGINE FIRE DETECTION LOOP PN 30011690040012 SN 71292. INSTALLED SERVICEABLE FIRE LOOP PN 30011690040012 AN 8528. OPS CHECKED FIRE DETECTION SYSTEM NO DEFECTS NOTED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE. REF AMM 261000.
DURING A POST FLIGHT OF AIRCRAFT, THE NR 2 ENG FIRE LOOP FAILED AN OPS TEST. GROUNDED THE AIRCRAFT. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE FIRE DETECTION LOOP. OPS CHECKED WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE, IAW AMM 26-10-00.

INSTALLED SERVICEABLE FIRE LOOP PN 3001-16-900/400-12 SN 85258. OPS CHECKED FIRE DETECTION SYSTEM NO DEFECTS NOTED. ACFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE REF DASSAULT FALCON AMM 26-10-00.
PILOT REPORTED THAT DURING FLIGHT, HEARD A NOISE FROM AFT OF THE ACFT. NOTICE AFT PAX NR 1 LT CABIN WINDOW CRACKED, DIVERTED NEAREST AIRPORT. UPON LANDING FOUND NR 1 LT PAX WINDOW CRACKED. SUSPECTED THAT FATIGUE, STRESS CRAZE WERE CONTRIBUTING FACTORS IN PROBABLE CAUSE OF CRACKED WINDOW.
