CREW PERFORMED EMERGENCY LANDING GEAR EXTENSION DUE TO RH LANDING GEAR NOT DOWN/LOCKED INDICATION. POWERED AIRCRAFT AND FOUND ALL LANDING GEAR SHOWING DOWN/LOCKED. PERFORMED 15 FAULT-FREE LANDING GEAR EXTENSION/RETRACTION CYCLES WITH NO FAULTS NOTED. C/W LANDING GEAR EMERGENCY EXTENSION SYSTEM RESET AND HYDRAULIC SYSTEM BLEED PROCEDURES. SERVICED EMERGENCY EXTENSION PNEUMATIC CYLINDER. OPERATIONAL TESTS COMPLETED SATISFACTORY. WORK PERFORMED IAW TEXTRON C680 AMM CH 32-00-00, 12-12-02, 12-13-01. REMOVED AND INSTALLED NEW R/H MLG DOWNLOCK SWITCH, P/N 6-0373-3, AND PERFORMED HYDRAULIC SYSTEM BLEED. WORK DONE IAW TEXTRON C680 AMM CH 32-30-40 AND 12-12-02. LANDING GEAR AND HYDRAULIC SYSTEMS OPS TEST GOOD.
LH AND RH HYDRAULIC LOW PRESSURE INDICATORS ILLUMINATED IN CRUISE FLIGHT, MAIN PRESSURE INDICATED ZERO PSI. MAINTENANCE OBSERVED LOW HYDRAULIC FLUID LEVEL CAUSED BY LEAK ON RH MAIN HYDRAULIC PUMP. REPLACED RH MAIN HYDRAULIC PUMP, SERVICED RESERVOIR AND CW OPERATIONAL TESTS AS REQUIRED, NO DEFECTS NOTED.
ON APPROACH INTO KJAC, SELECTED FLAPS 12, FLAPS OPERATED NORMALLY TO 12 DEGREE POSITION. UPON REACHING 12 DEGREES, FLAPS UNBALANCE INDICATOR ILLUMINATED AND FLAPS WOULD NOT MOVE FROM 12 DEGREE POSITION. DISCONTINUED APPROACH AND RAN CHECKLIST. UNABLE TO RESET FLAPS CONTROL. CONTINUED LANDING PER CHECKLIST.
DURING GROUND HANDLING AT KTUL, LINE PERSONNEL FAILED TO DISCONNECT GPU FROM TUG BEFORE MOVING TUG. GPU CORD WRAPPED UNDERNEATH AFT FUSELAGE FAIRING AND CRUSHED FAIRING SKIN AND ATTACH SUPPORTS.
ON APPROACH TO KFTW, CREW NOTED A PRESSURIZATION BUMP AND THEN AN ODOR OF SMOKE THROUGH THE COCKPIT VENTS. CREW SELECTED BLEED TO 'RAM' AND SMELL SUBSIDED. MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS GAINED ACCESS TO ACM COOLING TURBINE AND FOUND TURBINE SEIZED. ACM REPLACED IAW IAI 1124A AMM CH 21-50-01.
