WHEN THE PILOT REACHED THE PARKING AREA THE RIGHT BRAKE WAS NOT WORKING. THE AIRCRAFT WAS GROUNDED.

AT KSAC ON 10-15-2021, AT 15:24 THE CREW TAXIED TO RUNWAY 20, UPON RECEIVING TAKEOFF CLEARANCE THE CREW TAXIED TO RUNWAY 20AND APPLIED POWER WITH THE BRAKES HELD. THE CREW NOTICED THAT THE BRAKES WERE NOT HOLDING WELL. THE CREW ASKED THE TOWER TO CANCEL TAKEOFF CLEARANCE, AND TO TAXI BACK TO THE JET CENTER. BY THE TIME THE AIRCRAFT REACHED THE RAMP THE RIGHT BRAKE WAS NOT WORKING AT ALL. THE AIRCRAFT WAS TOWED BACK TO THE JET CENTER. THE CREW LOOKED AT THE RIGHT BRAKE AND FOUND HYDRAULIC FLUID ON THE BRAKE. THE BRAKE WAS REMOVED BY MAINTENANCE, THE "O" RINGS WERE CHANGED ON THE PISTONS, THE BRAKE WAS RE INSTALLED. DURING BRAKE BLEEDING IT WAS NOTICED THAT THE BRAKE WAS STILL LEAKING, FURTHER INSPECTION FOUND A CRACK IN THE CALIPER FROM THE PISTON BORE TO THE OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSING.

ONLY WAY TO STOP BLEED AIR FROM RUSHING IN WAS TO REDUCE THRUST.” THE CREW NOTIFIED ATC AND THEN PROMPTLY DIVERTED TO NEARBY MATHER AIRPORT. AFTER AIRCRAFT SHUTDOWN AT MATHER, THE CREW NOTIFIED COMPANY PERSONNEL /IMMEDIATELY COMPLETED AN ELDORADO AIR LLC DISCREPANCY LOG EA-FORM-102A PER THE ELDORADO AIR GOM “REPORTING MECHANICAL IRREGULARITIES” PROCEDURES IN SECTION F, F.1 AND GROUNDED THE AIRCRAFT.

DESCENDING INTO SFO ABOUT 18000 FT WE FELT A SLIGHT VIBRATION IN THE FLOOR. THE RIGHT GENERATOR FAIL LIGHT CAME ON, THEN WE NOTICED THAT THE RIGHT ENGINE WOULDN’T RESPOND TO THROTTLE MOVEMENT. STABLE AT ABOUT 60 PERCENT POWER. WE THEN DECIDED TO DIVERT TO OAKLAND. AT THAT POINT, THE RIGHT HYDRAULIC PRESSURE LOW LIGHT CAME ON AND WE SHUT DOWN THE RIGHT ENGINE JUST AS THE LEFT HYDRAULIC LOW PRESSURE LIGHT ILLUMINATED. THE ENGINE DIDN’T ACTUALLY SHUTDOWN UNTIL THE ENGINE FIRE SWITCH WAS ACTIVATED (FIREWALL SHUTOFF VALVES CLOSED). WE DECLARED AN EMERGENCY. THE GEAR WAS DEPLOYED WITH THE EMERGENCY SYSTEM AND AN UNEVENTFUL LANDING WAS MADE ON RW 30 AT OAKLAND. THERE WAS SOME FLUCTUATING HYDRAULIC PRESS SO FLAPS 15 WERE ATTAINED AND THEN GROUND FLAPS WITH NO SPOILERS. THE PLANE WAS TOWED OFF THE RUNWAY AND PARKED AT KAISER. TEXTRON MOBILE UNIT INSPECTED THE RIGHT ENGINE, FOUND AFT BEARING IN STARTER/GENERATOR DAMAGED. THE VIBRATION CAUSED HYDRAULIC LEAKAGE AND LOSS OF HYDRAULIC FLUID. VIBRATION ALSO CAUSED THE THROTTLE CONNECTION TO BREAK.

ON NOVEMBER 17, 2020 THE PILOT REPORTED: ABORTED THE TAKEOFF AT KABQ AT APPROXIMATELY 1712Z IN N1SH DUE TO A LOUD RUSHING OF AIR NOISE IN THE COCKPIT, FOLLOWED BY A LOT OF HOT AIR ENTERING THE COCKPIT. THIS HAPPENED AS THE THROTTLES WERE BROUGHT TO THEIR T/O POSITION. ELECTED TO ABORT THE T/O AS THIS WAS NOT A NORMAL CONDITION. UPON EXITING THE RUNWAY AND TAXIING, CYCLED THE THROTTLES AND RAN A PRESSURIZATION TEST AND BLEED AIR TEST AND ALL WAS NORMAL. ALL OTHER INDICATIONS WERE NORMAL. TAXIED BACK FOR ANOTHER TAKEOFF ATTEMPT WHICH WAS WITHOUT INCIDENT.

THIS WAS A PART 91 LEG WITH NO PASSENGERS ON BOARD. THE LOSS OF CONTROL INCIDENT OCCURRED ON 7/26/20 AT APPROXIMATELY 1740 LOCAL TIME WHILE TAXIING ONTO RUNWAY 20. THIS WAS ACTUALLY OUR SECOND TAKE OFF ATTEMPT - THE FIRST ATTEMPT WAS ABORTED DUE TO NO INDICATION OF AUTOFEATHER DURING TAKE OFF ROLL. WE TAXIED BACK TO THE RUN-UP AREA OF RUNWAY 20 TO TROUBLE SHOOT (PROBLEM WAS MASTER PANEL SWITCH WAS ON DURING DAYTIME MAKING ANNUNCIATORS SO DIM WE COULDN'T SEE THEM). THE TOTAL TAXI AND TROUBLESHOOTING TIME WAS APPROXIMATELY 5 MINUTES. AT THIS POINT WE REQUESTED AND RECEIVED TAKE OFF CLEARANCE AGAIN. WHILE TAXIING ONTO RUNWAY 20, THE AIRPLANE STARTED TO TURN LEFT INSTEAD OF RIGHT. PILOT ADVISED THAT HE COULD NOT STEER OR STOP. I IMMEDIATELY SHUT DOWN THE ENGINES TO PREVENT THE AIRCRAFT FROM LEAVING THE PAVEMENT AFTER WE GOT IT STOPPED, I ADVISED THE TOWER THAT WE'D HAD TO PERFORM AN EMERGENCY SHUTDOWN AND REQUESTED A TUG TO TOW US BACK TO THE RAMP. WE DID NOT DECLARE AN EMERGENCY. INSPECTION OF THE AIRCRAFT FOUND THE RIGHT INBOARD BRAKE CALIPER LEAKING, CAUSING LOSS OF BRAKE ACTUATING FORCE ON RIGHT SIDE.
