Maintenance disclosure history
Service Difficulty Reports are self-reported maintenance findings. The NUMBER of reports is not a measure of reliability — diligent operators file more, not fewer. These are shown for transparency, not as a negative signal. To verify a report, search its control number at the FAA SDRS site.
Reports span 2002–2017. Most-reported systems: ATA 85 — 3; Wings (57) — 2; Propellers (61) — 1; Engine (72) — 1; ATA 81 — 1. Most-common natures of condition, as filed: OTHER — 7; FLUID LOSS — 1.

Part: BEARING — WORN (TURBOCHARGER)
SHORTLY AFTER DEPARTURE, A MINOR FLUCTUATION OF MANIFOLD PRESSURE WAS OBSERVED ON THE RT ENGINE. THE ACFT RETURNED TO DEPARTURE WITHOUT INCIDENT. UPON INSPECTION IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT THE RT ENGINE TURBOCHARGER CENTER BEARING HAD EXCESSIVE WEAR CAUSING THE TURBINE/COMPRESSOR WHEELS TO DRAG CAUSING THE FLUCTUATION OF MANIFOLD PRESSURE.
