ON DESCENT THROUGH FL 130 THE CREW REPORTED THE LEFT ENGINE POWER ROLLED BACK FOLLOWED BY A LOUD POP SOUND.ALL INDICATION ON THE MFD ENGINE PARAMETERS INDICATED NORMAL. THE ENGINE WAS SECURED AND THE FLIGHT DIVERTED TO NORTH TEXAS REGIONAL AIRPORT (KGYI). FURTHER EXAMINATION BY MAINTENANCE FOUND THAT THE POWER TURBINE SECOND STAGE BLADES HAD LIBERATED, FURTHER THE PROPPELLER TURNED FREELY. THE REDUCTION GEAR BOX CHIP COLLECTOR WAS REMOVED AND FOUND TO BE COVERED IN METAL FRAGMENTS. NOTE: THE ENGINE WILL BE SENT TO PRATT PLANT 5 FOR ANALYISS AND INVESTIGATION AS TO THE CAUSE .
WHILE TAXYING FOR DEPARTURE THE CREW NOTED THE MANUAL TRIM WAS NOT MOVING SMOOTHLY. ATTEMPTED TO MOVE THE MANUAL TRIM AND NOTED THE TRIM WHEEL WAS SPINNING FREELY. ALSO NOTED THE LEFT AND RIGHT CREW TRIM SWITCHES HAD NO EFFECT. THE CREW RETURN THE RAMP FOR FURTHER EVALUATION AND CONSULT WITH DOM. THE AIRCRAFT WAS REPAIRED BY REPLACMENT OF THE LEFT FW RIGHT FW AND AFT ELECTRIC TRIM CABLE
AIRCRAFT IN CRUISE FLIGHT, ALTITUDE FL410, CREW FELT A PRESSURIZATION "BUMP", NOTICED 2000 FEET PER MINUTE CABIN CLIMB INDICATION, AND EMERGENCY PRESSURIZATION AMBER ANNUNCIATOR WARNING LIGHT. FOLLOWING STANDARD PROCEDURES - CREW DECLARED AN EMERGENCY, INITIATED DESCENT INTO MONTGOMERY, AL (MGM) WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. ALL REGULATORY AND CHECKLIST PROCEDURES WERE FOLLOWED.
BURNED CIRCUIT TRACES ON CELL HEATING RESISTOR (HR1). HEATING RESISTOR IS DELAMINATING AT ONE OF BURNED AREAS. FOUND DURING ROUTINE INSPECTION OF UNIT. ALTHOUGH THESE HEATING RESISTORS BURN AT RANDOM SERIES AREAS, MOST COMMON AREA IS BETWEEN CELLS NR 9 AND NR 12.
SAW - DURING CPCP-4 INSPECTION, FOUND THE LEFT AND RIGHT FORWARD OUTBOARD, THE LEFT AND RIGHT AFT OUTBOARD, AND THE RIGHT AFT INBOARD SEAT TRACKS CORRODED. REMOVED AND REPLACED THE SEAT TRACKS IAW EO-E9-5300-013R2. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE. (M)

SAW - DURING CPCP-4 INSPECTION, FOUND THE FORWARD CARGO DOOR DOOR HAD FRAMES 2, 3, 4, 5, 7 AND 8 FROM FORWARD TO AFT CRACKED. MAINTENANCE REMOVED AND REPLACED THE CARGO DOOR IAW JIC 523100-RAI-10000-003. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE. (M)
