WHILE IN CRUISE FLIGHT AT FL370 (37,000 FT) THE LEFT ENGINE SUFFERED A SUSPECTED COMPRESSOR STALL WHICH SUBSEQUENTLY LEAD TO THE COMPLETE FAILURE/FLAMEOUT OF THE LEFT ENGINE. ALL REQUIRED QRH PROCEDURES WERE ACCOMPLISH ALONG WITH AN ATTEMPTED RELIGHT/RESTART OF THE LEFT ENGINE WITH NEGATIVE RESULTS ON THE RELIGHT/RESTART. A DIVERSION WAS ACCOMPLISHED AND A SINGLE ENGINE LANDING WAS SUCCESSFULLY ACCOMPLISH AT KBWD UNDER EMERGENCY AUTHORITY WITHOUT ANY FURTHER INCIDENT.

ON TAKEOFF CREW REPORTED SMELL OF SMOKE IN THE COCKPIT, THEY RETURNED TO BASE WITHOUT INCIDENT. THEY ALSO REPORTED THE CABIN WOULD NOT DEPRESSURIZE IN THE GROUND. UPON INVESTIGATION, WE FOUND A AFT LH CABIN HEATING DUCT HAD BURST CAUSING THE PLASTIC VACUUM LINE FOR THE OUTFLOW VALVE HAD MELTED WHICH SUPPLIES VACUUM TO THE OUTFLOW VALVE TO OPEN. REPLACED THE HEATING DUCT AND VACUUM LINE. GROUND OPS CHECK GOOD.

ON TAKEOFF THE CREW SAW THE MAIN CABIN DOOR CAS MESSAGE ILLUMINATE AS WELL AS THE CABIN VENT DOOR CAS MESSAGE. BOTH CAME ON AT 11,000 FEET WHILE DEPARTING ASPEN. THEY RETURNED TO ASPEN AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE FOUND THE INTERIOR CABIN DOOR HANDLE LOOSE. IT WAS TIGHTENED AND OPS CHECK GOOD.
