PITCH CONTROL IN FLIGHT BECAME DIFFICULT TO CONTROL AFTER AUTOPILOT WAS DISENGAGED.
DECENDING TO 14,000' RUDDER TRIM RAN FULL RIGHT. RE-TRIMMED AND FOLLOWED EMERGENCY CHECKLIST FOR RUNWAY TRIM.
PRECAUTIONARY SHUTDOWN OF NO. 2 ENGINE DUE TO HIGH OIL PRESSURE, HIGH OIL TEMP INDICATION AND SMOKE IN THE CABIN. SUSPECT FAULTY CARBON SEALS IN THE NO. 2 ENGINE.
WHEEL WELL OVERHEAT LIGHT CAME ON WITHOUT AUDIBLE ALERT AFTER PUTTING LANDING GEAR DOWN ON FINAL. LANDED THE AIRCRAFT, ASKED TOWER IF THEY SAW SMOKE (WHICH THEY DID NOT), PULLED OFF TO THE NEAREST RAMP AND ASKED FOR EMERGENCY SERVICES. CREW EVACUATED AIRCRAFT, NO INDICATION OF AN EXTERNAL FIRE WAS NOTED.
DURING TAKEOFF PHASE, YOKE HIT MECHANICAL STOP BEFORE AIRPLANE PITCH DOWN OCCURRED. CREW TRIMMED TAIL PLANE ACTUATOR NOSE DOWN, WHICH CORRECTED THE PROBLEM. CREW RETURNED TO DEPARTURE AIRPORT.
AFTER TAKEOFF PITCH CONTROL ARTIFICIAL FEEL BECAME ERRATIC/SLUGGISH. ABORTED FLIGHT AND RETURNED TO DEPARTURE AIRPORT.
TRIM RUNAWAY NOSE DOWN. FOUND AND REPAIRED SHORTED WIRE ON 3A 21 TERMINAL STRIP.
ON LANDING IN EAU RUNWAY 22 IN WET CONDITIONS WITH A CROSSWIND BLOWING FROM 140 DEGREES AT 14 KNOTS GUSTING TO 25 KNOTS. AFTER TOUCHDOWN, PILOT REPORTED INEFFECTIVE LEFT SIDE BRAKING AND EXITED SMOOTHLY OFF THE LEFTSIDE OF THE RUNWAY, WITH NO DAMAGE TO AIRCRAFT OR AIRPORT FACILITIES. COMPANY DISPATCHED MAINTENANCE PERSONAL, WHO THROUGHLY INSPECTED AIRCRAFT FOR DAMAGE AND HIDDEN DAMAGE, AIRCAFT INSTRUMENTS, BRAKING SYSTEM AND FOUND NO DEFECTS, BUT AS A PRECAUTION REPLACED THE NR 3 BRAKE THAT WAS APPROACHING WORN LIMITS AND RETURNED THE AIRCRAFT TO SERVICE.
APPROXIMATELY 20 MINUTES INTO THE FLIGHT, COPILOT NOTICED THE AILERON TRIM RUN AWAY. HELD THE OPPOSITE TRIM DIRECTION AND NOTICED THE ROLL CIRCUIT BREAKER TRIPPED. AFTER VERIFYING ALL CHECKLISTS COMPLETED, THE CAPTAIN DIVERTED WITH A VISUAL APPROACH. MECHANIC PERFORMED TESTING AND EXAMINATION OF THE SYSTEM WIRING AND DETERMINED THE PROBLEM WAS WITH THE TRIM CONTROL BOX.
RUDDER TRIM RAN AWAY TO THE LT SIDE, CIRCUIT BREAKER TRIPPED.
APU FIRE WARNING ILLUMINATED, BLEW APU FIRE BOTTLE.
SMOKE SEEN COMING FROM OVERHEAD PANEL. WHILE TROUBLESHOOTING FOUND BROKEN WIRING FOR BACK LIGHTING RHEOSTAT.
AILERON TRIM, FULL RT DEFLECTION, TRIPPED, TRIM ROLL, CIRCUIT BREAKER.
NR 1 MLG WOULD NOT INDICATE DOWN. PERFORMED EXTENTION PROCEDURE "B". STILL NO DOWNLOCK INDICATION, LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.
DURING CLIMB OUT, SMELLED A SUSPICIOUS ODOR AND THERE WAS A LIGHT HAZE. PERFORMED FULL FUNCTIONAL TESTS PF AIRCRAFT'S LIGHTING SYSTEMS, AVIONICS AND INTERIOR ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS. RAN ENGINES WHILE TESTING PRESSURIZATION, HEATING ENVIROMENTAL OPERATION. NO FOREIGN ODORS OR SMOKE VISIBLE.
LOSS OF OIL PRESSURE ON NR 1 ENGINE. PERFORMED PRECAUTIONARY ENGINE SHUTDOWN. GARLOC SEAL FAILURE CAUSING LOSS OF OIL QUANTITY AND LOSS OF OIL PRESSURE.
FIRE WARNING AUDIBLE TONE ENGAGES WITH NO ANNUNCIATOR LIGHT VERIFYING FIRE. FOUND BLEED AIR LEAK AT RT FUEL HEATER IN PYLON. RE-PACKED AFT FUEL HEATER WIGGINS FITTING.

ON CLIMBOUT, THERE WAS A SMELL OF SMOKE AND THE AIR IN THE COCKPIT APPEARED HAZY. PULLED POWER BACK AND THE AIR CLEARED UP. RETURNED TO DEPARTURE FOR A NORMAL LANDING. SUSPECT OIL IN THE AIR CONDITIONING SYS.
PILOT NOTICED THAT THE LT TANK WAS VENTING FUEL DURING TAKE-OFF. NO EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED - PRIORTY HANDLING AND RETURN REQUESTED AND ASSIGNED FOR RETURN. INSP PERFORMED ON THE GROUND W/NO DEFECTS NOTED. SWAPPED FUEL CAPS FROM LT TO RT, PERFORMED A RUN-UP, LEAK CHECK GOOD. SUSPECTED THAT THE FUEL CAPS WERE SWAPPED DURING REFUELING OPERATION.
SUSPECTED - N2 TRANSDUCER SENSOR FAILURE, DIGITAL ENG CONTROL WENT TO MANUAL OPERATION. FUEL CONTROL FAILED TO LIMIT TEMP TO 941 DEGREES. ENGINE UNCOMMANDED 106.5 N1 OVERSPEED/1000 DEGREE OVERTEMP WHILE IN CRUISE AT 32,000 FT, COMPUTER LIGHT ILLUMINATED (RT ENG), BINGO LIGHT ON ITT ILLUMINATED. TRUE NATURE OF FAILURE PENDING FINDINGS FROM ENGINE TEARDOWN REPORT.
ATC REPORTED THAT THE LT TANK WAS VENTING FUEL DURING TAKE-OFF. NO EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED - PRIORTY HANDLING AND RETURN REQUESTED AND ASSIGNED FOR RETURN. INSP PERFORMED ON THE GROUND W/NO DEFECTS NOTED. SWAPPED FUEL CAPS FROM LT TO RT, PERFORMED A RUN-UP, LEAK CHECK GOOD. IN CONCLUSION, THE FUEL CAP WAS NOT PROPERLY SECURED.

UNCONTAINED ENGINE FAILURE DURING CLIMB AT 600 FEET AGL. AIRCRAFT RETURNED, MAKING AN UNEVENTFUL LANDING. ENGINE HAS BEEN RETURNED TO MANUFACTURER FOR TEARDOWN AND EVALUATION TO DETERMINE CAUSE OF FAILURE.
NR 2 HYDRAULIC QUANTITY INDICATOR DROPPED TO BOTTOM OF GAUGE.
NR 2 INVERTER FAILED IN FLIGHT.
ELT ACTIVATED IN FLIGHT.
AIRCRAFT WAS EN ROUTE CLIMBING THROUGH 7,000 FEET IN VISABLE PRECIPITATION WHEN LEFT ENGINE STARTED RUNNING ROUGH. AIRCRAFT DIVERTED TO FORT WAYNE, INDIANA. MX FOUND WATER HAD SHORTED OUT HIGH TENSION LEAD CAUSING MISFIRING. REPLACED LEAD. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
NR 3 CYLINDER CRACKED ON NR 1 ENGINE, CAUSE UNKNOWN, CHANGED CYLINDER. (X)
