AFTER TAKE OFF FROM ELP NOTICED A SLIGHTLY UNUSUAL AMOUNT OF AILERON TO MAKE A TURN AND RETURN TO STRAIGHT AND LEVEL. UPON DESCENT WITH SPEED BRAKE DEPLOYED, THE AELERON DEFLECTED FULL RIGHT. UPON LANDING HAD TO USE FULL DEFLECTION TO MAINTAIN CENTERLINE. ON THE APPROACH HAD TO USE AN UNUSUAL AMOUNT OF AILERON TO KEEP WINGS LEVEL.

#3 MLG TIRE BLEW ON LANDING ROLL. REQUIRED CONDITIONAL INSPECTION. PERFORMED CONDITIONAL INSPECTION I.A.W. AMM 05-51-54, NO OTHER DEFECTS NOTED. REMOVED AND REPLACED #3 MLG WHEEL ASSY PER AMM 32-45-11. ANTI-SKID CONTROL SYSTEM CHECKED, FAILED LOCKED WHEEL PROTECTION TEST INTERMITTENTLY. ITEM TRANSFERRED MEL 32-02-01, CAT C AUTH # D32JAN0326-1, EXP. 01/13/26. PER AMM, THE OPPOSITE WHEEL ON THE SAME AXLE REQUIRES REPLACEMENT. THE #4 TIRE WAS PLACED ON EO B737-32-45-01, WHEEL REPLACEMENT AT FIRST AVAILABLE MX OPPORTUNITY.
DURING TAKE-OFF FO NOTICED HYDRAULIC SYSTEM A "LOW PRESSURE" LIGHT ILLUMINATED. THEN CHECKED SYSTEM A HYDRAULIC QUANTITY WHICH WAS FOUND TO BE AT 0. PILOTS IMMEDIATELY DECLARED EMERGENCY.
A 2.75 INCH HORIZONTAL CRACK WAS FOUND BETWEEN FUSELAGE STATIONS 967 AND 986.5 AND AT STRINGER 21L. THE CRACK WAS 5.6 INCHES BELOW THE LAP SPLICE.
RIGHT ENGINE HIGH VIBRATION REACHED 4.2 IN CLB. PERFORMED QRH TEST. SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF THRUST RETARD TO DROP BELOW ACCEPTABLE LIMITS. REACHED 4.0 IN CRZ @FL 350. FAN BLADE TRIM BALANCING DONE WITH BALANCE SCREW ADDED TO SPINNER CONE AND CORRECTED THE ISSUE WITH VIBRATION FOUND WITHIN AMM LIMIT.
#1 ENGINE FIRE HANDLE ILLUMINATED, AND FIRE BELL RANG LESS THAN 3 SECONDS DURING LEVEL OFF AT 3300 FT. AT THE START OF APPROACH. FOLLOWING QRH, DECLARED EMERGENCY. POWER WAS REDUCED ON #1 ENGINE AND NO FIRE HANDLE WAS PULLED. INSPECTED #1 ENGINE, NO EVIDENCE OF FIRE. ACCOMPLISHED PNUEMATIC LEAK CHECK, NO LEAKS NOTED. FOUND #1 ENGINE RH THRUST REVERSER PRESSING AGAINST WIRE HARNESS THAT'S MOUNTED TO PRSOV. REPOSITIONED PRSOV AND SECURED WIRE BUNDLE. FIRE LOOP TEST GOOD.
FUSELAGE SKIN DAMAGE AT FUSELAGE SECTION 41 LEFT UPPER PLATING AROUND FS 306 AND BETWEEN STRINGERS 12L AND 13L. REPAIRED IAW EO B737-53-00-09
LEFT FORWARD WING EMERGENCY EXIT EXTERIOR LIGHT INOP. SECURED CONTACTS AND REPLACED LAMPS
DURING WEEKLY SERVICE CHECK FOUND L1 ESCAPE SLIDE LOW BOTTLE PRESSURE AND OUT OF RANGE.
EMERGENCY LIGHTING EXIT SIGN ASSEMBLY AFT OVERHEAD CABIN HAS A STRING OF LIGHTS INOP. FOUND DURING ROUTINE MAINTENANCE. SUSPECT BAD CIRCUIT BOARD. REPLACEMENT PART AVAILABLE.
FOD DAMAGE FOUND TO THE #1 ENGINE RH SIDE THRUST REVERSER TRANSLATING SLEEVE AT TWO POINTS BETWEEN NAC 230-240 WL 71-72. A MAJOR REPAIR WILL BE ACCOMPLISHED TO THE TRANSLATING SLEEVE.
FOUND ONE LAMP BURNT OUT @ R/H LOWER OVERWING EXIT IDENTIFIER.
EXTERIOR EMERGENCY LIGHTS AT STA 727C INOP. EMERGENCY POWER SUPPLY BATTERY DISCHARGED
L1 SLIDE EXTERIOR EMERGENCY LIGHT INOPERATIVE
EMERGENCY BATTERY PACK DEPLETED. AIRCRAFT HAD BEEN SITTING FOR SEVERAL MONTHS DURING MAINTENANCE WITH NO POWER APPLIED.
