AFTER LANDING IN PANC WITH AUTOBRAKE AT 3, NR 1 BRAKE COOL TO TOUCH. RESET NR 1 BRAKE HYDRAULIC FUSE & BLED NR 1 MLG BRAKE SYSTEM IAW AMM 32-41-00. GROUND TESTED NORMAL
EXCESSIVE BRAKE PRESSURE NEEDED TO SLOW ACFT, LT BRAKE APPEARS COOL TO THE TOUCH. BRAKE FUSE FAILED TEST IAW AMM 32-41-00-870-802. R & R NR 1 BRAKE FUSE IAW AMM 32-41-72, LEAK & OPS CHKD GOOD.
AFTER A HIGH SPEED TAXI RUN AND MAX MANUAL BRAKES, THE NR 4 BRAKE IS COLD WHILE ALL OTHER BRAKES ARE VERY HOT. PERFORMED FUNCTIONAL TEST OF NR 4 BRAKE FUSE, OPS CHECK FAILED. IAW AMM TASK 32-41-00-870-804, REPLACED NR 4 BRAKE FUSE, OPS CHECKED GOOD.

NR 2 ENGINE, SIX FAN BLADES WERE DAMAGED DURING INSTALLATION OF INLET COWL AT 12 O'CLOCK POSITION. THE ENGINE WAS R & R FOR REPAIR. RECEIVED SERVICEABLE ENGINE. ENGINE WILL BE REINSTALLED ON W/O 4677 NR 21605
APU FUEL SHUT OFF VALVE FAILED AN OPS CHECK. APU FIRE SWITCH CHECK, DOES NOT CLOSE OR OPEN ELECTRICALLY. R & R THE APU SHUT OFF VALVE ACTUATOR IAW AMM 28-25-00-004-032, & AMM 28-25-02-404-008 STEPS 3.G. (3) - 3.G (8). PERFORMED APU FUEL FEED SYS TEST. TESTED GOOD IAW AMM 28-25-00-715-264.

APU ECU SELF TEST SHOWS FAULT - IGV ACT. PERFORMED APU ECU BITE TEST IAW AMM 49-61-05-742-045. NO FAULTS FOUND. BITE TEST PASSED. FOUND APU SHUTOFF VALVE STUCK IN CLOSED POSITION. RELEASED THE VALVE, SYSTEM CHECKED OK IAW AMM 49-11-00-802-002.

IP VALVE ON #1 ENGINE HAS SIGNS OF CRACKING AND CORROSION ON FUSELAGE. INSTALLED SERVICEABLE IP VALVE ON # 1 ENG IAW AMM 36-11-06-404-033-002. NO LEAK NOTED.
