DURING LANDING ROLLOUT LANDING GEAR AURAL WARNING SOUNDED ACCOMPANIED BY UNSAFE INDICATION OF RIGHT MAIN GEAR, LG LEVER DISAG WARNING ANNUNCIATION, AND LG NO DISPATCH CAUTION ANNUNCIATION. PULLED CLEAR OF RUNWAY AND CALLED MECHANIC TO INSPECT GEAR BEFORE TAXIING FURTHER. MECHANIC INDICATED THAT LAND GEAR DOWN LOCK WAS SHEARED OFF FROM THE GEAR.
GREEN RUNNING MAN SIGN MISSING BY THE L1 DOOR, INSTALLED NEW EMERGENCY EXIT IDENTIFIER SIGN.
DURING DESCENT THE RIGHT OUTBOARD BRAKE INDICATED HIGH TEMP. IT CYCLED BETWEEN 0 AND 9 SEVERAL TIMES. AFTER IT DID THIS 3 TIMES RECEIVED BRAKE OVHT WARNING MESSAGE. EVALUATED IN REFERENCE TO THE FIM. NO FAULT MESSAGES POSTED. NO DISCREPANCIES OR DEFECTS FOUND.

LEFT MIDDLE ELPU FAILED TO TEST. EMERGENCY LIGHTS ILLUMINATING WHEN THE AIRCRAFT IS POWERED DOWN AND EMERGENCY LIGHT SWITCH IS IN THE OFF POSITION. REPLACED THE LT MIDDLE ELPU IAW AMM.
FWD LT EMERGENCY LIGHT BATTERY FAILED TO TEST. EMERGENCY LIGHTS ILLUMINATING WHEN THE AIRCRAFT IS POWERED DOWN AND EMER LT SWITCH IS IN THE OFF POSITION. REPLACED THE LT FWD ELPU PER AMM.
INTERMITTENT ENGINE VIBRATION DECENDING THROUGH 10000 FEET. SECOND TIME WE HAD AN ENGINE FAULT INDICATION AS WELL. VIBRATION COULD BE FELT ON THE RUDDER PEDALS WITH ADDED THRUST ON THE LEFT ENGINE. PERFORMED VIBE ANALYSIS. VIBES REMAIN IN ALLOWABLE LIMITS DURING ENGINE RUNS. NO FUALTS PRESENT DURING ENGINE RUNS.

WHEN HEATER TURNED ON THERE WAS A BURNING SMELL. REMOVED AND INSTALL GALLEY HEATER. OPS CHECK GOOD. THIS CLEARS MEL. NO MEDICAL ATTENTION WAS NEEDED FOR CREW OR PAX AND NO EMERGENCY DECLARED.

AFT GALLEY HEATER ODOR WHEN TURNED ON THAT DID NOT DISSIPATE. SMELLED LIKE A WOMANS HAIR DRYER. FOUND LINT ON GALLEY SCREEN, LINT REMOVED. PLACED ON MEL. REMOVED AND REINSTALLED THE AFT GALLEY HEATER TO FURTHER IINSPECT THE COMPONENT, FOUND DUST AND OTHER FOD. REMOVED ALL FOD. CLEARED MEL.
LT AND RT FUEL FILTER CAUTION MESSAGE APPEARED SHORTLY AFTER TAKEOFF WHEN PASSING THROUGH 7000 FEET. BEGAN RUNNING QRH AND MESSAGED DIESAPPEARED. FUEL FLOW AND SYNOPTIC PAGE LOOKED NORMAL AND MESSAGE DID NOT ILLUMINATE AGAIN. DECLARED EMERGENCY FOR PRIORITY SPACING AND LANDED WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT. REMOVED AND REPLACED FUEL FILTER ON LH AND RH ENGINES. LEAK CHECKED GOOD. OPERATIONAL CHECKS GOOD. SMALL AMOUNTS OF CONTAMINATES SEND OUT FOR EXAMINATION.

EVALUATED DISCREPANCY REFERENCING FIM. DISCREPANCY COULD NOT BE DUPLICATED AT THIS TIME. NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED.

MOMENTRY SMELL OF SMOKE FROM AFT GALLEY COFFEE POT. FA REPORTED SMELL WENT AWAY AFTER COFFEE MAKER 2 IN AFT GALLEY WAS SHUT OFF AT THE CMS. REMOVED COFFEE MAKER. FOUND NO EVIDENCE OF BURNS. REINSTALLED COFFEE MAKER. NO EMERGENCY DECLARED, AND NO PAX OR CREW REQUIRED MEDICAL ATTENTION.
AFT GALLEY HEATER WHEN TURNED ON GAVE STRONG ELECTRICAL BURNING SMELL. WHEN TURNED OFF, SMELL DISAPATED AND DID NOT RETURN. HEATER LEFT OFF FOR DURATION OF FLIGHT. NO ONBOARD MEDICAL ATTENTION NEEDED FOR CREW OR PAX. NO EMERGENCY DECLARED. AFT GALLEY HEATER PLACED ON MEL.
BURNING ODOR IN CABIN DURING FLIGHT, CREW RAN FIRE/SMOKE/FUMES QRH. ODOR DISSIPATED AFTER THE QRH. PERFORMED FAULT ISOLATION PROCEDURE FOR FUES OR SMOKE EVENTS IN CABIN BY PERFOMING ENGINE RUNS AND PERFOMING A VISUAL INSPECTION OF THE ENGINES TO CHECK FOR ANY FLUID LEAKS IAW BD500-A-J21-22-00-04AAA-423A-A. NO EICAS WARNINGS OR FAULT MSG PRESENT ON OMS. PERFORMED GENERAL VISUAL INSPECTION OF THE FWD AVIONICS BAY WHICH IS BELOW THE FWD GALLEY, NO SMOKE ODOR OR BURN MARKS NOTED. INSPECTED THE AREA WHERE THE SMOKE ODOR CAME FROM AND FOUND THE EMERGENCY ACCESS LATCH TO THE COCKPIT DOOR VERY WARM. DEACTIVATED LATCH AND PLACED ON MEL. NO ONBOARD MEDICAL NEEDED, AND NO EMERGENCY DECLARED.
AFTER LANDING, AS CLEARING THE RUNWAY R ENG FIRE WARNING MSG. RAN THE R ENG FIRE CHECKLIST. ENGINE REMOVE AND REPLACE.
