FAA enforcement actions

Closed FAA enforcement actions — civil penalties, certificate suspensions, and revocations — from the FAA's quarterly enforcement reports, newest first. Facts as published; each entry links to its official source.

Coverage spans cases closed from 1999 to the present (the FAA's 1997–98 reports carry no case numbers and are not loaded). Actions against repair stations, schools, and other non-operators are listed under their FAA-filed name and have no operator page. An entity's absence here is not evidence of a clean history.

What these categories and actions mean

Tags show the FAA's own filing categories in plain language — hover or tap one to see the code exactly as the FAA filed it. Two are easy to misread:

Drug & alcohol testing program
The FAA found violations of testing-program requirements — for example, required random or pre-employment tests not conducted, or program records not kept. It does not mean a pilot or mechanic tested positive; these reports don't say that either way.
Penalty compromised — no finding of violation
The case was settled with a payment, but the FAA made no finding that a violation occurred.
Entity type
Who the action was against. The FAA acts against many kinds of certificate holders — air carriers, repair stations, flight schools, airports — not just airlines.
