AFTER TAKEOFF WE RAISED THE LANDING GEAR AND PROCEEDED WITH OUR NOISE ABATEMENT DEPARTURE, IT WAS NOTED THE LANDING GEAR DID NOT COME UP WHEN COMMANDED. PILOTS DETERMINED TO KEEP THE FLAPS AT 20 AND 160KT FOR THE TROUBLE SHOOT OF THE SITUATION. ATC WAS INFORMED THAT AIRCRAFT COULD NOT CONTINUE ITS CLIMB AND THAT THE LANDING GEAR DID NOT COME UP AND THAT CREW NEEDED A MOMENT TO RUN OUR CHECK LIST. THE CAS MESSAGE WAS LANDING GEAR NOT UP, SO WE PROCEEDED TO ACCOMPLISH THE LANDING GEAR FAILURE TO RETRACT CHECK LIST AND AFTER FINISHING THE RESETS THE LANDING GEAR DID NOT COME UP. AT THAT MOMENT WE KNEW WE WERE GOING TO HAVE TOO RETURN SO I PROCEEDED TO BRIEF THE PASSENGERS OF OUR LANDING GEAR DISAGREEMENT AND THAT WE WERE RETURNING TO HAVE IT CHECKED. TO MAKE CERTAIN THAT ALL THE INDICATIONS WERE CORRECT, CREW CONFIGURED EARLY BEFORE THE IAF AND FINISHED THE BEFORE LANDING CHECK LIST. ALL INDICATIONS WERE CORRECT AND WOW SWITCHES WERE INDICATING CORRECTLY. THE LANDING APPROACH WAS STABILIZED FROM THEN ON TO AN UNEVENTFUL LANDING. AIRCRAFT PROCEEDED TO THE RAMP AND DEPLANED THE PASSENGERS AT THE FBO. TROUBLESHOT LANDING GEAR RETRACTION SYSTEM, FOUND SOLENOID "A" FROM LANDING GEAR SELECTOR/DUMP VALVE ASSEMBLY WITH HIGH RESISTANCE BETWEEN PINS "A" AND "B". WORK PERFORMED IAW GULFSTREAM G450 WIRING DIAGRAM MANUAL 32-60-00. REMOVED LANDING GEAR HYDRAULIC SELECTOR/ DUMP VALVE ASSEMBLY P/N: 1159SCH512-19, S/N: EFS0261 A, INSTALLED VALVE ASSEMBLY PIN: 1159SCH512-19, S/N TASV0660A
WHEN STARTING LEFT ENGINE AND BRINGING LEFT GENERATOR ON LINE IT WOULD NOT COME ON LINE. I CHECKED TO MAKE SURE IGNITION STARTER WAS OFF AND IT WAS. I SHUT DOWN THE ENGINE AND 30 SECONDS LATER SMOKE WAS POURING OUT OF THE LEFT COWLING. WE SMELLED ELECTRICAL BURNING.
EXPERIENCED A ( LO BRK PRESS/ ANTI SKID INOP )MASTER CAUTION LIGHT WHILE ON THE RAMP. CALLED MAINTENANCE AND THEY ASKED US TO COMPLETELY SHUT DOWN AND DISCONNECT THE BATTERY AND CONDUCT A NEW START. AFTER FOLLOWING MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS, THE MASTER CAUTION LIGHT EXTINGUISHED. WE WERE RELEASED AND CONTINUED OUR DUTIES TO DEPART. WE TAXI TO THE RWY AND CONTACTED HOUSTON CENTER. ONCE RELEASED WE STARTED TO MOVE THE AIRCRAFT ON TO THE RUNWAY AND THATâS WHEN THE COPILOT REPORTED TO ME THAT WE LOST BREAKS AND THE MASTER CAUTION LIGHT CAME ON. I APPLIED THE EMER BREAK TO STOP THE AIRCRAFT. FBO CAME AND TOWED US BACK TO THE RAMP AND WE CALLED HOUSTON TO CANCEL OUR RELEASE. NO FURTHER INCIDENTS.
L2 WINDOW SHATTERED AND REMAINED INTACT AT 28000FT ON THE CLIMB OUT. CHECKLIST WAS FOLLOWED. DIVERTED TO KPBI. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE L2 WINDSHIELD IN ACCORDANCE WITH AMM. WINDSHIELD HEAT OPS CHECK GOOD. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
DURING APPROACH, THE FLAPS FAILED TO EXTEND. A GO AROUND WAS PERFORMED, EMERGENCY DECLARED AND NO FLAPS LANDING ACCOMPLISHED IN ACCORDANCE WITH PILOT CHECKLIST. LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE LEFT AND RIGHT FLAP SAFETY SWITCH HARDWARE. A SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT WAS PERFORMED WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE. PARTS REPLACED: LINK PN 101-521030-1, BUSHING PN 101-521084-1 AND SPACER PN NAS43HT4-10.
AT FL310 RIGHT ENGINE OIL TEMPERATURE EXCEEDED 99* CELSIUS FOR MORE THAN 10 MINUTES. PEAKED AT 102* CELSIUS AND WAS STABLE AT 101* CELSIUS WHEN THE RIGHT THROTTLE WAS REDUCED TO IDLE. AT BELOW FL180 THE ENGINE OIL TEMPERATURE RETURNED TO NORMAL RANGE. ENGINE OIL PRESSURE, ITT AND ALL OTHER PARAMETERS WERE IN NORMAL OPERATING RANGE. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE OIL COOLER THERMOSTAT VALVE. ENGINE SOAP SAMPLE, OIL FILTER AND AGB CHIP DETECTOR CHECK PERFORMED WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. GROUNDS ENGINE RUNS PERFORMED WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. A SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS PERFORMED WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED.
SMOKE WAS NOTICED IN THE COCKPIT WHILE PREPARING FOR DEPARTURE. SMOKE DISSIPATED WHILE TAXING BACK TO FBO. CREW NOTICED THE WINDSHIELD WIPER CIRCUIT BREAKER WAS EXTENDED. MAINTENANCE ISOLATED THE DISCREPANCY TO A FAULTY WINDSHIELD WIPER SWITCH. SWITCH WAS REPLACED, SYSTEM OPERATION WAS NORMAL AND THE AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
ON APPROACH FLAPS DID NOT EXTEND. CREW FOLLOWED CHECKLIST. ZERO DEGREE FLAPS LANDING ACCOMPLISHED. LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE FLAP MOTOR DYNAMIC RELAY. SYSTEM GROUND OPERATIONAL CHECKS PERFORMED WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
ON APPROACH THE FLAPS REMAINED UP WHEN APPROACH/DOWN SELECTED. THE APPROACH WAS DISCONTINUED AND A GO-AROUND INITIATED. THE POH WAS FOLLOWED. CREW DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND DIVERTED TO AN AIRPORT WITH A LONGER RUNWAY IN PREPARATION FOR A FLAPS-UP LANDING. LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. MAINTENANCE TROUBLESHOT THE DISCREPANCY TO AN INOPERATIVE RIGHT FLAP LIMIT SWITCH. REPLACED LIMIT SWITCH. FLAP SYSTEM GROUND CHECKS PERFORMED WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
DURING CLIMB OUT OF KDEN THE CO-PILOTS WINDSHIELD CRACKED. FOLLOWED POH AND DIVERTED TO KBJC FOR MAINTENANCE. LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. AIRCRAFT IS CURRENTLY IN MAINTENANCE DUE TO WINDSHIELD NOT AVAILABLE FROM VENDORS. SDR SUPPLEMENT TO FOLLOW ONCE AIRCRAFT IS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
ON APPROACH WITH FLAP HANDLE SELECTED TO DOWN POSITION, FLAPS REMAINED IN UP POSITION. EMERGENCY DECLARED, FOLLOWED CHECKLIST AND 0* FLAP LANDING INTO KHYI WAS UNEVENTFUL. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE LEFT AND RIGHT FLAP SPLIT SWITCH MECHANISM LINKAGES. A SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT WAS PERFORMED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
IN CRUISE FLIGHT, THE RED âGEAR UNSAFEâ LIGHT IN THE HANDLE BEGAN FLICKERING ON AND THEN REMAINED ILLUMINATED. CREW FOLLOWED CHECKLIST, DIVERTED TO KDAL. LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. MAINTENANCE ADJUSTED THE LEFT MAIN LANDING GEAR UP POSITION SWITCH. GEAR SWINGS PERFORMED WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. A SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT WAS PERFORMED WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
DURING DESCENT THE 'LO HYD LEVEL' ANNUNCIATOR ILLUMINATED. CREW RAN CHECKLIST. GEAR AND FLAPS EXTENDED NORMALLY AND THE 'LO HYD LEVEL' ANNUNCIATOR CLEARED. EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED AND LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. CREW NOTICED HYDRAULIC FLUID ON THE GROUND UNDER THE RIGHT ENGINE DURING POST FLIGHT. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE LEAKING RIGHT ENGINE INBOARD THRUST REVERSER ACTUATOR. HYDRAULIC SYSTEM WAS SERVICED, GROUND CHECKS PERFORMED WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
DURING DESCENT TO KASE WHEN SPEED BRAKES DEPLOYED THE AIRCRAFT EXPERIENCED AN COMMANDED ROLL TO THE RIGHT. WITH SPEED BRAKES RETRACTED AIRCRAFT LEVELED OUT. CREW DIVERTED TO TO KAPA AND DECLARED AN EMERGENCY. LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. A MAINTENANCE INSPECTION OF THE SPEED BRAKES WAS ACCOMPLISHED. SPEED BRAKES LINKAGES/ROD ENDS WERE INSPECTED AND GROUND OPERATIONAL CHECK PERFORMED WITH NO DEFECTS NOTES. CREW STATED THEY WERE IN ICING CONDITION AT THE TIME AND THE OCCURRENCE MAY HAVE BEEN CAUSED BY ICING ON THE SPEED BRAKES. A SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS PERFORMED WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
ON APPROACH TO KTEB, FLAPS SELECTED FROM 0* TO 15*, FLAPS FAILED TO EXTEND. CREW FOLLOWED CHECKLIST. EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED, DIVERTED TO SWF AND 0* FLAP LANDING PERFORMED. LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. MAINTENANCE CLEANED THE FLAP CONTROL HANDLE OPTICAL SENSORS. GROUND OPERATIONAL CHECKS PERFORMED WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. A SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT WAS PERFORMED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
CLIMBING THROUGH 9,000 FT., THE RIGHT WING OVERHEAT AMBER ANNUNCIATOR ILLUMINATED. CREW FOLLOWED CHECKLIST. RIGHT ENGINE POWER LEVERS REDUCED TO IDLE AND RIGHT WING OVERHEAT ANNUNCIATOR EXTINGUISHED. EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED AND AIRCRAFT DIVERTED TO KMCO. WITH THE RIGHT ENGINE POWER LEVER AT IDLE, THE CREW FOLLOWED THE CHECKLIST FOR SINGLE ENGINE LANDING. LANDING INTO KSSI WAS UNEVENTFUL. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE RIGHT WING ANTI-ICE PRSOV, AND SWAPPED THE LEFT AND RIGHT WING ANTI-ICE PCB'S. GROUND CHECKS PERFORMED WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. A SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT WAS PERFORMED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.

FOUND L/H FLAP SAFETY SWITCH WAS INTERMITTENLY FUNCTIONAL. R&R L/H FLAP SAFETY SWITCH WITH NEW SWITCH. OPS CHECK GOOD, NO FURTHER DEFECTS NOTED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
IN CRUISE FLIGHT AT FL430, 'A' HYDRAULIC SYSTEM INDICATOR WENT TO ZERO QUANTITY. CREW RAN THE APPROPRIATE CHECKLISTS AND MADE AN EMERGENCY LANDING INTO KSDF. LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. MAINTENANCE TROUBLESHOT THE DISCREPANCY TO A DEFECTIVE LEFT ENGINE HYDRAULIC PUMP PULSATION DAMPENER O-RING. O-RING REPLACED, N2 BOTTLE SERVICED, SYSTEM BLED AND GEAR SWINGS WERE PERFORMED WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
DURING CLIMBING, PASSING 12500FT, CREW HEARD A LOUD POP AND NOTICED THE PILOTS WINDSHIELD OUTER PANE CRACKED. FOLLOWED CHECKLIST, DIVERTED TO KLNK. LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE PILOTS WINDSHIELD AND THE WINDSHIELD TEMPERATURE CONTROLLER. A SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT WAS PERFORMED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
ON DESCENT INTO 12J, LANDING GEAR SELECTED TO DOWN POSITION, THE LEFT MAIN LANDING GEAR GREEN ANNUNCIATOR FAILED TO ILLUMINATE. BULB CHECK WAS GOOD. FOLLOWED CHECKLIST DIVERTED TO KPNS. LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE LEFT MAIN LANDING GEAR DOWN LOCK SWITCH. GEAR SWINGS PERFORMED WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
DURING CLIMB LEFT ENGINE PROP CAME OUT OF SYNC FOLLOWED BY A LEFT SEVERE ENGINE VIBRATION (TORQUE JUMPED TO 130%). LEFT ENGINE ITT WENT INTO THE RED. POWER WAS REDUCED TO IDLE, THE TORQUE AND ITT WENT TO THE GREEN. ADVANCING THE THROTTLES WOULD CAUSE SAME RESULTS TORQUE/ITT IN THE RED. CREW DECIDED TO SHUTDOWN THE LEFT ENGINE ENGINE. FOLLOWED CHECKLIST FOR SINGLE ENGINE LANDING. EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED AND A DIVERT BACK TO KIWA WAS PERFORMED. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE LEFT ENGINE. ENGINE RIG/PERFORMANCE RUNS PERFORMED WITH THE DEFECTS NOTED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.

INSPECTED ELECTRIC HEAT AND WINDSHIELD/PROP ANTI ICE SYSTEM WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. PERFORMED VISUAL INSPECTION OF AVIONICS BAY COMPONENTS AND WIRING WITH DEFECTS NOTED. REMOVED ALL 3 FIGHT DISPLAYS AND INSPECTED WIRING WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. REMOVED PILOT AND COPILOT SIDE CIRCUIT BREAKER PANELS AND PERFORMED GVI WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. ENGINE HIGH POWER RUNS PERFORMED WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. A SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS PERFORMED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
ON APPROACH THE RIGHT MAIN LANDING GEAR ANNUNCIATOR WAS VERY DIM. CREW CYCLED THE LANDING GEAR AND LIGHT CAME ON BRIGHT. A GO AROUND WAS EXECUTED. TOWER NOTIFIED EMERGENCY VEHICLES TO STANDBY AS A PRECAUTION. LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. MAINTENANCE TROUBLESHOT THE DISCREPANCY TO AN INTERMITTENT RIGHT MAIN LANDING GEAR ANNUNCIATOR LIGHT BULB. REPLACED BULB. CYCLED GEAR SEVERAL TIMES WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
SMOKE STARTED COMING OUT OF THE CENTER OVERHEAD INSTRUMENT/SWITCH PANEL PRIOR TO TAKEOFF. IT WAS RAINING MODERATELY AND THE PIC WAS HOLDING THE WINDSHIELD WIPER SWITCH IN THE PARK POSITION. THIS CAUSES THE WIPERS TO MAKE A SWEEP ABOUT EVERY SECOND RATHER THAN A CONSTANT FAST ACTION. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE WINDSHIELD WIPER SWITCH. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
AT CRUISE FL260 A LOUD ELECTRICAL ARCHING SOUND DEVELOPED IN THE COCKPIT FLOOR. THE SOUND CONTINUED FOR 10-15 MINUTES. AN ELECTRICAL SMELL WAS NOTICED. MAINTENANCE PERFORMED INTERIOR DETAILED ELECTRICAL SYSTEM CHECKS WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. PERFORMED SYSTEMS CHECKS WITH GPU AND ENGINE POWER WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. PERFORMED GEAR SWINGS WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. UNABLE TO DUPLICATE DISCREPANCY. A SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS PERFORMED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
ON TAKE OFF JUST AFTER ROTATION R ENG OIL TEMP WENT YELLOW @ 105* C. THEN 109* C. DURING THE COURSE CHANGE TURN THE R ENG OIL TEMP TURNED RED @ 117*C. STAYED THERE FOR APPROXIMATELY 3-5 SECONDS UNTIL LEVEL OFF AND POWER REDUCED TO 42 % AND OIL TEMP WENT TO 58*C. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE RIGHT ENGINE OIL COOLER BYPASS VALVE. GROUND OPERATIONAL CHECKS PERFORMED WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. A SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS PERFORMED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
COPILOTS WINDSHIELD CRACKED IN FLIGHT AT FL430. PRESSURIZATION WAS NOT AFFECTED. CREW DONNED O2 MASKS. REPLACED COPILOTS WINDSHIELD PER AMM. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
AT FL270 NOTICED DELAMINATION AND CRACK ON UPPER LEFT CORNER OF THE RIGHT WINDSHIELD. RAN CHECKLIST AND DIVERTED TO KSTL. LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE RIGHT WINDSHIELD AND TEMP CONTROLLER. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
DURING CLIMB AND LEVEL OFF THE RIGHT ENGINE OIL PRESSURE INDICATION FLUCTUATED FROM NORMAL TO 96/111/55/18 PSI. THE CHECKLIST WAS FOLLOWED AND THE RIGHT ENGINE SECURED (SHUTDOWN). AN EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED AND AIRCRAFT DIVERTED TO KMDT. SINGLE ENGINE LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE RIGHT ENGINE OIL PRESSURE TRANSDUCER AND OIL FILTER. THE ENGINE EDC AND DCU WERE SWAPPED FROM LEFT TO RIGHT PER FIELD SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE RECOMMENDATION. ENGINE GROUND RUNS AND OPERATIONAL CHECKS PERFORMED WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. A SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT WAS PERFORMED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
PILOT SIDE WINDSHIELD CRACKED SHORTLY AFTER TAKEOFF. AIRCRAFT DIVERTED BACK TO KMKC. LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE PILOTS WINDSHIELD AND TEMP CONTROLLER. A SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT WAS PERFORMED WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.

WHILE PERFORMING CHECKLIST PROCEDURE THE GEAR UNLOCK, HYD PRESS AND STAB MIS-COMPARE LIGHTS EXTINGUISHED. EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED AND DIVERTED BACK TO KMSP. LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. MAINTENANCE WAS ABLE TO DUPLICATE THE DISCREPANCY ON THE GROUND. MAINTENANCE FOUND THE NLG UP-LOCK FREE FALL CABLE OUT OF ADJUSTMENT. FREE FALL CABLE WAS RIGGED. GEAR SWINGS PERFORMED WITH NOT DEFECTS NOTED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.

TRANSPONDERS AND TCAS SYSTEM OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE GOOD. AIRCRAFT WAS RELEASED FOR OPERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT.
ON TAKEOFF WITH GEAR HANDLE IN UP POSITION, GEAR (GREEN) INDICATOR LIGHTS REMAINED ILLUMINATED AND UNSAFE LIGHT ILLUMINATED. PLACED GEAR HANDLE TO DOWN POSITION. LANDING GEAR LOWERED NORMALLY AND LANDING TO KSUA WAS UNEVENTFUL. MAINTENANCE JACKED AIRCRAFT, PERFORMED SEVERAL GEAR SWINGS, AND WERE UNABLE TO DUPLICATE DISCREPANCY. A SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT WAS PERFORMED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.

IN CRUISE FLIGHT FL350 PITCH TRIM FROZE AND PITCH TRIM ANNUNCIATOR ILLUMINATED. TRIM OPERATED NORMALLY AT AROUND 9,000 FT. EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED. LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE ELEVATOR TRIM SERVO AND LUBRICATED THE ELEVATOR TRIM ACTUATORS. A SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT WAS PERFORMED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.

MAINTENANCE REPLACED PCB A129 (PN 5088103-1) AND CORRODED TERMINAL (PN: JTXN1202A) LOCATED ON THE BACK SIDE OF THE LEFT CIRCUIT BREAKER PANEL. RAN ENGINES AND ENVIRO SYSTEM WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
DURING FLIGHT THE MFD BLANKED OUT. SWITCHED SOURCE TO PFD ON REVERSIONARY PANEL PER CHECKLIST. WORKED NORMALLY EXCEPT NOTED THAT BOTH THE TORQUE AND OIL PRESSURE INDICATIONS ON THE RIGHT ENGINE WERE ZERO. ON INITIAL DESCENT, WHEN RETARDING POWER LEVERS, WE NOTED THAT THE GEAR HANDLE LIGHT DID NOT ILLUMINATE AS IT SHOULD WHEN RETARDING LEVERS, THOUGH THE HORN DID WORK NORMALLY. DECLARED AN EMERGENCY AND DIVERTED TO STEWART AIRPORT KSWF. LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. MAINTENANCE REPAIRED CHAFFED WIRE FOUND IN SIDEWALL FROM CB101. GEAR SWINGS PERFORMED WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. MFD, ENGINE TORQUE AND OIL PRESSURE INDICATIONS OPS CHECKS NORMAL. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
WHILE CLIMBING TO FL 430 EXPERIENCED A GEN 1 CAUTION MESSAGE. WHILE RUNNING THE QRH WE EXPERIENCED A PRESSURIZATION BUMP. EMERGENCY DECLARED AND AIRCRAFT DIVERTED TO KMSP. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE LEFT ENGINE DC GENERATOR. GROUND OPERATIONAL CHECK WAS NORMAL. PRESSURIZATION SYSTEM GROUND CHECKS NORMAL. SUSPECT PRESSURIZATION BUMP WAS DUE TO GENERATOR FAILURE. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
AT TAKE OFF AT V1 A PUFF OF GRAY SMOKE WAS OBSERVED FROM THE RIGHT HAND FRONT AREA NEAR THE WINDSHIELD BASE, AND THE INTERSECTION OF THE RADIO CONTROL PANEL THE ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL PANEL AND THE APU PANEL. EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED AND RETURNED TO DEPARTURE AIRPORT. LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. MAINTENANCE PERFORMED AN INSPECTION OF THE COMPONENTS BEHIND THE COPILOTS CIRCUIT BREAKER PANEL, INSTRUMENT PANEL AND APU PANEL WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. APU AND ENGINE RUNS PERFORMED WITH ENVIRO SYSTEM RUNNING, NO DEFECTS NOTED. COALESCER FILTERS REPLACED. A SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT WAS PERFORMED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
"ACM OHEAT" ANNUNCIATOR WITH ASSOCIATED FLASHING CAUTION LIGHT ILLUMINATED SHORTLY AFTER TAKE-OFF. CREW SMELLED FUMES IN THE COCKPIT. EMERGENCY DECLARED AND AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO DEPARTURE AIRPORT. LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE ECU LOW LIMIT BYPASS VALVE DUE TO STICKING AND WATER SEPARATOR CONDENSER. PERFORMED ENGINE RUNS AND GROUND OPERATIONAL CHECKS WERE GOOD. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
DURING APPROACH INTO SAT AT 8000FT IN LEVEL FLIGHT WE RECEIVED A AP HOLDING RWD ANNUNCIATOR. A/P WAS DISCONNECTED AND AIRCRAFT HAD AN COMMANDED ROLL TOT HE LEFT. SECOND ATTEMPT TO ENGAGE A/P AP HOLDING RWD ANNUNCIATOR CAME ON. DISCONNECTED A/P AND AIRCRAFT AGAIN HAD AN COMMANDED ROLL TO THE LEFT. MAINTENANCE REPLACED THE AILERON SERVO. A SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT WAS PERFORMED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE.
DURING OCF FLIGHT DEPARTING OUT OF KSMF. AFTER BEING AIRBORNE FOR ABOUT 2 MINUTES, ALL SYSTEMS SEEMED NORMAL. CLIMBING THROUGH 2,500 FEET NOTICED A STRONG STENCH THAT SMELLED LIKE ELECTRICAL SMOKE. EMERGENCY WAS DECLARED AND RETURNED TO SMF. LANDING WAS UNEVENTFUL. MAINTENANCE INSPECTED LEFT AND RIGHT FLOW PACKS FOR SECURITY. INSPECTED LEFT AND RIGHT HEAT EXCHANGERS AND BLEED AIR DUCTING. NO DEFECTS NOTED. PERFORMED ENGINE RUNS AND OPERATED ENVIRO SYSTEM FOR 1 HOUR WITH NO DEFECTS NOTED. AIRCRAFT WAS RETURNED TO SERVICE PENDING OPERATIONAL CHECK FLIGHT FOR PRESSURIZATION SYSTEM.
